Mitsuri was the only female hashira now that Shinobu is devoured by her. She felt her body still digesting Shinobu considering the poison was somewhat overwheleming her.
She then looked at Kanao who was putting Shinobu's hairpin into her hair, feeling slightly guilty for eating her sister, who happens to be her best friend.
"Are you okay?" Mitsuri ask Kanao softly as they were walking around the infinity castle, hunting for demons or Muzan. "Yes thanks Kanroji" Kanao whispers "It hurts not seeing my sisters anymore" she sighs making Mitsuri more guilty.
"But its not your fault through, Shinbou wanted this to happen in order to kill the demon" Kanao added "Please dont ever think its your fault Kanroji, you only did what Shinobu ask you to do" she smiles a bit sad.
Mitsuri smiles back sadly "Thanks Kanao. That made me feel better even if its just a tiny bit" she chuckles softly. Nezuko smiles at the interaction between the slayers, feeling glad that there wasnt any tensions between the two.
They still have a long ways to go to become victorious against Muzan.
