chapter 1: the beginning.

neteyam was sleeping, soft and soundly as he let out soft snores, the sun hadn't even begun too rise and    neteyam's alarm began too blare through this room, echoing down the hall as lo'ak and kiri's low groans were heard from down the hall, he shot upwards, waking up too the loud alarm that was blasting through his eardrums. he placed his hand down sloppily onto his phone, grabbing it as he and turned off the alarm. neteyam sighed as he sat up at the edge of his bed, stretching and cracking his neck.

he got up, his heavy footsteps stomping over too his bathroom, he turned on the shower and went back into his room and grabbed himself an outfit, a pair of flared baggy jeans, with a baggy black pro club shortsleeved shirt, some nike jordan's, and placed them on the bed, nicely folding them. he then walked back into his bathroom, looking at himself in the mirror for a second, and then undressing and taking a long, hot, shower.

neteyam finished up in the shower, he dried himself off and began too do regular hygiene things?..(😭).
he brushed his teeth, put deodorant on, and began too do skincare, face lotion, a lip mask, he even did his edges. as he finished up he walked out of his bathroom and changed into the clothes he had neatly folded onto the bed, he put on his shoes. then put a necklace and some bracelets on.

6:12 AM

neteyam finished getting ready, making sure he had his stuff in his book bag ready, notebooks, pencils, etc. he walked out of his room too go wake up lo'ak.

he walked over too lo'ak's room, swinging the door open and walking up too his bed, yanking off the soft, fluffy blanket lo'ak had on himself. lo'ak let out a loud groan as neteyam then turned the bright light in his room on. "bro?!" lo'ak yelled out, "get up, and get ready for school." neteyam said as he walked out of lo'ak's room. neteyam then made his way too kiri's room opening the door slowly and coming up too kiri silently, shaking her awake as she groaned.
"wake up. you need too start getting ready for school." neteyam whispered as he put a alarm on her phone, putting it to ten minutes from now.

neteyam walked out and slowly closed her door and went too check up on lo'ak. he opened lo'ak's door and lo'ak was still sleeping, "LO'AK!." neteyam yelled at him waking lo'ak back up, lo'ak stood up acting like he was awake the whole time. neteyam sighed. "you better hurry up and get ready. we have too leave the house by 7:20. it's already 6:27. i'm not gonna wait for you to get ready.", "i know." lo'ak groaned out as he went too change into his clothes. "also you should shower, you stink." neteyam blurted out as he walked out of lo'ak's room, lo'ak's eyes widened as he said that, his eyebrows furrowing in anger as he stomped his way too his shower, turning it on, he grabbed his clothes and walked his way back into his bathroom.

kiri had already woken up and gotten ready herself, as had woke up from the alarm neteyam had out on her phone, she put the long strands of hair on the side of her face, clipping butterfly clips into the sides and into her bangs. she made sure she had everything ready in her book bag, pencils, pens, markers, notebooks, and binders. she was into art so she had some of her art glued onto some of the notebooks, marking which notebook was for each subject. she stood up, making her way downstairs too eat some breakfast.

6:57 AM

neteyam decided not to eat any breakfast today, he was too focused on making sure everything was where he needed it too be and making sure lo'ak was hurrying himself up.

as minutes passed by the time had already hit 7:12AM and neteyam stormed up too lo'ak's room yelling. "lo'ak!! hurry up or we're gonna leave with you!!", lo'ak groaned loudly as he got out of the bathroom, in baggy clothing, pro club pants and a baggy t-shirt, lo'ak had put his shoes on, and didn't even make sure too see if he had the right supplies. he smelt heavily of cologne, neteyam questioned too himself.. 'does he really need that much?', but they managed too make their way out before 7:20AM

before they did, their mom was already getting tuk ready for her first day of school, she had packed her lunch and done her hair the night before, tuk hugged teyam and kiri before they went, tuk didn't wanna huh lo'ak because of how heavy the smell was, they made their way out the house, getting into the car, kiri and lo'ak had raced who too the car, kiri making it too the front seat first, "bro, come on you always get the front!" lo'ak complained, "well i don't think anyone wants to smell ur nasty cologne all in the car, i feel bad for the kids that are gonna be in your class, the stench is real." kiri said as she snorted, she connected the aux too her phone. lo'ak huffed as he put his pirpods in his ears, angry and embarrassed.

they listened too some of kiri's choice of music as neteyam drove them too the new school they're attending too.

neteyam parked in the lot, he parked as close as he could get too the front of the school. as lo'ak still had his airpods in his ears, you could hear his music blasting through his headphones, kiri hadn't got much sleep and was already pissed off, she yelled at lo'ak and knocked some sense into him, "lo'ak!! i can hear your music through your damn earbuds!! shut the fuck up!!", she yelled at him as she slapped him on the side of his head, lo'ak winced as he took a airpod out of one of his ears, "leave me the fuck alone!! i have rights too you know!" lo'ak yelled out at her, "it's not my fault you always have headaches!." he added. neteyam sighed, "can you guys stop acting like you're in middle school, both of you, just shut up. it's the first day of school, AT A NEW SCHOOL, don't fuck it up for yourselves please." neteyam said as he opened the car door and got out, opening the trunk and grabbing his book bag. kiri looked at lo'ak with a glare before getting out and getting her book bag out of the trunk, lo'ak got out aswell but he already had his book bag cause he was in the backseat, he had already made his way over into the school, neteyam and kiri following shortly after.
