Taehyung has fully realized his feelings for Manal. His affection for her grows stronger, but he's careful not to overwhelm her. On the other hand, Manal feels the same pull towards him but is deeply in denial. She constantly pushes away her feelings, convincing herself it's better to ignore the emotions stirring inside her, even though every interaction with Taehyung makes it harder to hide what she truly feels.
Meanwhile, Hafsa prays for Jungkook's hidayah, hoping he finds the right path in life. Despite her lingering feelings for him, she knows she needs to forget him for her own peace. Hafsa seeks solace in her faith, determined to move on, but the memories of Jungkook and the bond they shared still weigh heavy on her heart. She struggles between letting go and holding on to the hope that he might change.
On a quiet weekend, Manal decided to head to the racing circuit alone, without telling anyone. The roar of engines and the thrill of the track called to her, offering an escape from her tangled thoughts about Taehyung. As she rolled up to the racing area on her bike, her helmet pulled low, she scanned the crowd, feeling a sense of freedom in the anonymity of the scene.
But as she parked and began walking toward the track, her eyes locked onto a familiar face-the same boy who had blocked her and Hafsa's way at university. He stood casually, leaning against a bike, his gaze sweeping over the crowd until it fell on her. Manal's heart tensed for a moment, but she quickly shook it off, straightening her shoulders and walking past him as if he were invisible.
She wasn't here for drama or distractions. Racing was her escape, her sanctuary, and no one-not even him-would ruin that for her.
Manal strode toward the track, anticipation buzzing through her. She was here for the thrill, to lose herself in the rush of speed. But as she approached the starting line, her breath caught. Standing there, next to his sleek black bike, was Taehyung.
He hadn't noticed her yet, focused on adjusting his helmet, the confidence he exuded unmistakable. Her heart skipped as she realized what was happening-Taehyung wasn't just at the track, he was going to be her opponent.
Of all the racers, it had to be him.
Their eyes met, and for a moment, time seemed to stop. Taehyung's expression shifted from surprise to a playful smirk, as if he'd been expecting this. Manal felt her pulse quicken. She couldn't back down now, not when he was standing there, daring her without even saying a word. This race had just become more than a competition-it was a silent challenge between them, and she wasn't going to lose.
Without breaking eye contact, she pulled on her helmet, ready to face whatever came next.
The race had barely started when Taehyung took the lead, his bike roaring ahead with ease. Manal gritted her teeth, determined not to let him win so easily. She pushed her bike harder, the wind whipping past her as the distance between them began to close.
As they neared the final stretch, Manal finally caught up, her bike pulling alongside his. Without thinking, she glanced over at him. Taehyung, sensing her presence, turned his head, their eyes locking in the intensity of the moment. For a brief second, everything else disappeared-the crowd, the noise, the race itself.
In that split second, Taehyung's concentration wavered, his focus drawn entirely to her. Manal didn't hesitate. Seeing her chance, she gripped the throttle and surged forward, leaving Taehyung behind as the finish line approached. The roar of her engine drowned out the world, and with one final burst of speed, she crossed the line-winning the race.
As she slowed to a stop, the thrill of victory coursing through her veins, she looked back to see Taehyung pulling up beside her, his eyes filled with a mix of admiration and surprise. She had won, and this time, the race was hers.
