Hunter stood in front of the massive screen in his office, the digital glow casting sharp shadows across the room. Her hacker had finally delivered, cracking into Cortez's secure channels. On the screen, a map of the east side popped up, a blinking red dot marking the location of one of Cortez's warehouses.
The hacker's voice came through the speakers, steady and confident.
Delia :"Got something for you, boss.
Cortez has a warehouse, heavily armed. Word is there's a shipment coming in tomorrow night—high-end weapons, black market stuff. If you hit this, you cripple his operation for a good while."
Hunter's jaw tightened. The thought of taking something so valuable from Cortez lit a fire inside him.
Hunter: What's the security like?
Delia:"Guards around the clock, motion sensors, and a few dirty cops keeping an eye out. But nothing that would be too much for you and the others" fingers dancing over the keyboard as more details poured onto the screen-layout schematics, patrol routes, everything they needed.
Xander, sitting off to the side, leaned forward with a smirk.
"Xander: Piece of cake, right?"
Delia barely glanced up, focused on the task.
Delia :"If you time it right, you'll take them by surprise. Shipment arrives at midnight. You get in, take out the guards, grab the shipment, and Cortez will be down for the count before he even realizes it."
Hunter crossed his arms, staring at the map. Every detail had to be flawless. "Hunter: Send me everything. Layouts, schedules, the works. We hit this tomorrow, no mistakes."
Xander stood up, cracking his knuckles, his grin widenin
. "Xander: Stealing from Cortez... This is gonna be fun."
Hunter's smirk matched Xander's, the weight of the plan sinking in.
Hunter: We'll hit him where it hurts. He's not gonna see this coming."

The following day.

The atmosphere in Hunter's expansive garage was charged with anticipation as the crew gathered around him. Rows of sleek vehicles glinted under the overhead lights, their polished surfaces reflecting the tension in the air. Hunter stood at the center, radiating a commanding presence, his icy blue eyes slicing through the darkness as he assessed each member of his crew.
"Listen up!" Hunter's voice thundered through the murmurs, authoritative and unyielding. "Tonight, we're not just stealing from Cortez; we're sending a message. I expect each of you to deliver without hesitation. No mistakes, no mercy."
He approached Bryan who was inspecting a stack of explosives.
"Bryan, are those charges ready to level the back entrance? I don't want any surprises when we go in."
"Yeah, I've got it covered boss" Bryan replied, his confidence unwavering.
"Just enough to create chaos without a trace."
Hunter's gaze hardened as he moved on to Isaiah his best sniper, who was adjusting his gear. "Isaiah, you're on perimeter duty. No one slips by unnoticed. If Cortez's men show up, I want you to eliminate them before they even know what hit them."
"Understood," Isaiah said, his tone crisp and determined.
"They won't make a sound."
Next, Hunter approached Alec who was huddled over a laptop connected to the warehouse's surveillance feeds.
"Alec, do you have access to their cameras? I want you in control of their eyes while we're inside."
"Absolutely," he grinned, fingers racing over the keyboard.
"I'll loop the feeds. They'll be blind while we work."
Hunter stepped closer to Marcus
"Marcus, you know your role. If anything goes sideways, you don't hesitate. You apply pressure and keep them in line. I want them scared and scrambling."
"Always ready to strike," Marcus replied, his expression serious.
"Anyone who gets in our way will regret it."
Finally, Hunter turned to Dante and Rico who were discussing their tactics.
"Dante, you're with me on the ground."
Dante flashed a confident smile.
"You know I can handle myself, boss."
"And Rico," Hunter continued, locking eyes with the muscle of the group.
"You ensure our exit is secure. If anyone gets near our vehicles, you make them disappear."
Rico nodded, a fierce intensity in his gaze. "No one will touch them."
Hunter stepped back, surveying his crew with a devilish glint in his eyes.
"We're going to take everything Cortez values tonight. Stay sharp, stay deadly, and remember: I expect results. There's no room for failure in my operation."
With a chorus of affirmations resonating through the garage, Hunter felt the familiar rush of adrenaline surge within him. They were ready, and he was poised to lead them into the chaos that awaited—a storm ready to break
