CHAPTER 3: THINGS I HATE ABOUT ROMY MILO DIAZ

MARIELLE POV

As he stood tall in front of Marron his gaze were on me like a predator watching his prey.

I shallowed a mouthful of my non-existent saliva as he opened his mouth...

“ If she tries anything with you again tell me I'll..."

“ Romy ! How could you?! You're suppose to defend me not side with her! You're my boyfriend!' Regina's yelling drowned Romy's voice.

Romy turns to face her.
“ I've had enough with your drama Reg, if you pull this stupid stunt again, I swear, it'll be over between us , get that through your thick skull" Romy looked annoyed as he talked with Regina who has a speechless expression after been told off by Romy.

“ Go wash up, you're starting to stink" he said with a straight face as he walks off to take get a new tray, while Marron followed suit.

Regina sent one last glare my side which didn't faze me before bitching off.

I felt a pull on my arm to see Ruby with a silly expression.

“ Are my the only one who heard Romy telling Regina off for you? Like he'd break up with her if she tried shit" Ruby asked.

“ No, I heard it too. And no I'm not going to try to provoke Regina" I said as if reading her mind .

“ C'mon girl, this like your chance And this also confirms that he doesn't like Regina, he's just in for regular fucks she gives him" Ruby say with an expectant gaze.

“ Saying that doesn't make me better, but Ruby, I don't care, I had a crush on him before, past tense, who he dates got nothing with me and... I can't stoop as low as Regina... Also, I really don't think things will ever work out between us, he see me like his little sister whom he has to protect, you saw it earlier" I sighed as I finished talking.

“ But still, you won't know till you try girl" after a moment of silence, Ruby spoke up.

“ Here, take this" Marron dropped the tray at my front on the table.
“ Thank you" I said before eating my food quietly.

There was silence around the table as we all minded our businesses, except Marron and Romy who talked about random stuffs.

After another 3 hours of learning, or suffering to students, the school bell finally rang through the speakers simultaneously.

I watched as students started gathering their bag to go home and some for extracurricular activities.

“ Mari, are you going to the dance club today?" Ruby asked already ready to leave.
“Yeah... I'll be doing ballet today tho. Heading home?" I asked as I packed my books into my backpack.

“ No, I'm cheering, apparently, Regina wants to hold tryouts, for new transfer students. And I have to be there as one of the core leaders" she explained.

I could tell she didn't like working with Regina, especially when they are the two leaders, well for different sports tho. Regina cheers for the basket ball team and Ruby for baseball.

Ruby always complained about Regina since they have to share the same practice room.

“Alright, I'll be on my way" she said
“ Don't forget to tear her apart" I reminded.

“ Won't miss a chance" she sent a wink my way with a kiss. I chuckled.

I left the classroom shortly after Ruby.

Walking through the hallways. I left the school main building and headed to the other building behind it, it's almost as big as the  main school were students learn. Stellar High, is a very huge school consuming hectares of lands, even the basketball court is the regular you see in NBA games.
