Eren smiles softly. His eyes filled with hope and sparkles. He'll never survive in this world.
Petra smiled back. "Hey, so you can turn into a titan huh?"
Eren's body stiffened. A need to turn and yell at Petra for even causing Eren to be uncomfortable was moving itself in Levi's body. He shot a stern look towards the female. Petra swallowed and felt her insides coil in fear.
Eren shifted slightly and cleared his throat.
"Um yeah, I guess."
Eld smiled slightly. Petra nodded and kept her mouth shut. Hange spoke next.
"So Eren right?" Hange turned her head to look at the boy beside her.
"Yeah, and your Section Commander Hange right?" Eren smiled.
Levi fought the urge to scowl. Why the fuck does she get his attention?
Hange smiled back. "How'd you figure out you turned into a titan?"
Eren stiffened again but his smile remained. Levi shot a look to Hange but she ignored it.
"I-I'm not sure it just kinda happened.."
Hange nodded and grabbed the boys hands. "Tomorrow we'll start experimenting, okay?"
Blunt as ever.
Eren nodded and his smile dimmed slightly. Levi fought the urge to reach and place a hand on the boys leg to let him know he'd be okay. Levi swallowed. What the fuck is wrong with him?
