Seo-yeon, and Su-jin got ready for the conference, Su-jin's heart still broken from where he saw Ri-an and He-ra kissed " I know this is hurting you, and you don't have to go, I'll tell daddy you're sick." Seo-yeon sighed leaning on the doorway. " No, I have to face this soon." he sighed out, tying his tie, " I know, but it's hurting you dude, and I don't like to see you like this." She told him walking over to him " I'll be fine sis." She brought out her pinky finger " Butterfly?" Su-jin let out a breathless laugh " We made that up, when we were six with the others." Seo-yeon shrugged, " Still doesn't answer my question." He let out a sigh and interlocked their pinky's together " Butterfly." Su-jin smiled softly, " Great, now I gotta go find a dress." She smiled and hurried out of the room.
Seo-yeon walked down the steps wearing a sparkly white dress, the sleeves slipping over her shoulders, a cup opened in the middle showing off her matching heels, and leg, her hair up in a bun. Su-jin, and their father looked at her with an awed expression " My lovey daughter you look stunning." Seo-yeon smiled, " Thanks daddy it means a lot." She walked over to them " But some flats would be good." She sighed leaning on Su-jin rubbing her ankle " Yeah but too bad." Su-jin teased, Seo-yeon rolled her eyes, pushing him a little " Hey!" " You two stop it." Their father spoke up " Sorry dad." Su-jin sighed " You're alright, now get to the car." the twins hurried to the car " Someone all dressed up for Woo-jin." Su-jin teased, Seo-yeon rolled her eyes " Oh shut it."
When they got there, they walked inside, Seo-yeon saw Woo-jin and hurried over to them " Hello." she smiled " Wow... look at you." Woo-jin was lost for words Seo-yeon laughed " What can I say, I tried my best to look pretty tonight." " And you succeed." Woo-jin smiled " Thanks." They stood there talk for sometime until Su-jin had to drag her away to go inside the venue.
They all stood there in front of their tables when Su-jin and Seo-yeon a table next to there crushed Woo-jin and He-ra. Ri-an mother, Hye-won began to speak into the microphone " Now and in the future, Jooshin will only lead the way putting noblesse oblige into action, but also help our students grow into upstanding young leaders." Seo-yeon rolled her eyes, she didn't like being here right now, her feet were killing her. " In both character and intellect." Seo-yeon looked at her brother to see him looking at He-ra, she looked at Woo-jin to see him on his phone.
" You know if you keep looking she will notice." she whispered to him Su-jin cleared his throat " It just hurts, Ri-an knew I liked her and he did this." Seo-yeon just nodded her head " And it hurts to see her dress up for him and not me." Seo-yeon sighed and patted his back. Jae-I father Ki-young walked inside, Seo-yeon and Su-jin bowed down when he passed showing their respect to him, their father did work with him from time to time.
" All right then." Hye-won spoke up when Ki-young stood in his place. " I propose a toast. To both Jooshin and to our children's future!" Seo-yeon and Su-jin grab their glass, lifting it up " Cheers!" They said with the rest of the crowd.
The twins where at the table with He-ra, Ri-an, Woo-jin, Ba-da, and Ye-ji talking about random things, Seo-yeon was leaning on Woo-jin because her feet were still hurting from these heels, Su-jin was not meeting Woo-jin or Ri-an eyes instead he was looking at his empty glass that was in his hand. That's when He-ra's father Byung-geun came by " He-ra." He looked at the rest of the group, sending them a smile, and the twins returned it " Can I have a word?" He asked his daughter, she looked at us " Be right back." " Don't take too long." Seo-yeon smiled at her friend " Don't worry I won't." He-ra smiled back before walking off.
Woo-jin looked down at Seo-yeon who was still leaning on him " You good Seo-yeon?" He asked, " Yeah, just my heels are killing me." She groaned putting her hand on Woo-jin's shoulder and lifted her foot up out of her heels twirling her ankle around " You should have brought flats." Woo-jin teased " Then I won't be as pretty." Seo-yeon huffed trying to take off her other heel but somehow failed because she was stumbling. Woo-jin sighed and steady her, " Here let me help." She smiled bending down, taking her other heel off for her, Ye-ji and Ba-da looked in awe, Ri-an rolled his eyes and looked back at Kang Han, and Su-jin rolled his eyes.
Woo-jin stood back up, handing her her shoes " Better?" He asked, Seo-yeon smiled, taking the heel from his hand " Definitely.", after a few minutes He-ra walked back over to us and Seo-yeon could tell that she was pissed " He-ra." " Hm." Seo-yeon placed her heels on the table " Let's talk." She walked over to her grabbing her hand and walked away.
When they were out in the hall Seo-yeon sighed " Tell me what's going on?" Seo-yeon asked her, " Nothing." Seo-yeon rolled her eyes " I know you better than anyone else so I can tell when there's something on your mind, so please speak to me." He-ra let out a sigh " Jae-I." Seo-yeon looked confused. " What about her?" " My father wanted to do something with hers, and she was a complete bitch about it." Seo-yeon nodded her head.
" And when I talked to her about it, she told me she wasn't doing me any favors." Seo-yeon scoffed " What is going on with her, she used to be so kind and sweet and now she's a complete bitch to us." Seo-yeon groaned, " That's what I'm asking." He-ra grumbled Seo-yeon looked at her and smiled " Let's not let her ruin our night, kay?" He-ra gave her a smile and grab her hand. " Alright, let's head back in." And with that the girls head back in to the table where Su-jin and Woo-jin were at and they weren't speaking to each other.
Seo-yeon walked up to Woo-jin and smiled " What did we miss?" She asked him " Nothing, your dear brother didn't speak once to me." Seo-yeon made an 'o' shape with her mouth. " That's weird, he is usually a chatterbox with you." She looked at Su-jin to see him look at his empty glass once again " But he's been through a lot so." She sighed and Woo-jin nodded his head. Jae-I walked inside and Seo-yeon avoided her gaze. If she doesn't want to talk to her about what's going on then she won't really talk to her.
Ri-an walked inside and walked straight past them, He-ra was in her own world for a second, until she made her way over to Ri-an and Jae-I family " Oh this can't be good." Su-jin sighed " I told her not to worry but now look at it." Seo-yeon groaned. He-ra then pulled in Kang-Han " Meet Jae-I's boyfriend." Seo-yeon's eyes widened. " Oh this is just wonderful." Su-jin muttered to her, " Yeah it is."
