Weeks passed since the explosion. Dave was sent back home and Jessie's tail was fully healed, along with her thigh. Maria however had her wing in a cast but felt a lot better. They got treated for radiation just in case and they were both off duty for a while due to their injuries so they mostly passed their days together while everyone else was busy. One day, when they were playing a game of checkers Goji teleported in the HQ.
- Yo! , he said
They both waved at him but a question was bothering Maria.
- hey, Goji, did you find anything odd in the rubbles of that explosion?
- Besides tons of radiation, nothing. I couldn't find anything that fit your description of that bot you two encountered.
- Well i guess it's over then! , said Jessie.
- Yeah, i guess it is... , agreed Maria.
