Divya found a replacement resource for Jenny from Pune. So she went to meet the Venkat Rajendar (Delivery manager) for approval along with Jenny. Shockingly, Kannan was in the meeting too. He was asked by Venkat to join the meeting as Kannan should officially release Jenny from his project.
"What do you think Kannan? Will you be able to wait this the transfer proceeds finish? Is there any project dependency?", Venkat asked.
"It's fine with me Venkat", right now the project is in initial stage, it's good we initiated this transfer, we don't have to do a knowledge transfer. "Can I get the profile of the other resource from Pune who is in bench?", said Kannan. Divya said she will forward it to all the three.The meeting went smoothly and Jenny's transfer process started.

Kannan was looking at the profile shared by Divya. He is a Java resource named Rajesh and a fresher too. He called Rajesh to get his concern for this transfer. "Hi Rajesh, how are you? I heard you are looking for a transfer to Chennai. Are you currently in any project? "No Kannan. I was actually avoiding all the project offers so that the transfer would be smooth." May I know why you need this transfer desperately ? " This is my first time away from my parents. I miss them and my mom's food. Here I had to take care of my laundry, cooking and cleaning all by myself", replied Rajesh.
The conversation with Rajesh made Kannan to realise , not all the men are strong and not all women are weak. It is very subjective and depends on an individual personality. He was wrong to have a judgment over gender.
