0900, Somewhere desert

Today's the battle between Kuromorimine and St Gloriana will begin. The thing I'll talk is the uniform will be based on the Afrika Korps uniform, a light khaki short-sleeved tunic made from breathable fabric, featuring four pockets. The high-waisted, light khaki trousers, tapered at the bottom, are tucked into long socks, providing protection against sand and debris, a necessity in desert conditions, although the pants can be folded up. The soldier wears brown leather jackboots. Back to the story...

---

Somewhere in the vast expanse of the desert, the sun bore down mercilessly on the golden sands, casting long shadows from the scattered tents and vehicles of Kuromorimine's Afrika Korps-styled encampment. The wind kicked up small whirlwinds of dust, adding to the sense that this place was isolated, far removed from the usual battlefields of Dansei Senshadou. It was 0900, and in the heat of the morning, Hans, Fritz, and Daisan stood in the shade of a tent, deep in discussion about their upcoming match against St. Gloriana Boys' High School.

Hans and his comrades were dressed in their Afrika Korps uniforms, which gave them a distinct look compared to the traditional Kuromorimine attire. Their sandy-colored uniforms and peaked caps mirrored the desert warfare tactics of World War II, a deliberate choice by Hans to match the environment they would be fighting in. In front of them lay a large map of the desert, with three crucial points marked. The mission was to execute "Operation Sunflower," a strategic plan inspired by the historic campaigns of Erwin Rommel.

Hans (pointing to the map): Hier. These are the points we need to hit. Saint Gloriana is going to dig in like the British did at El Alamein. We will be the Afrika Korps, attacking with precision and overwhelming firepower.
