There was something causing Web Runner to have dreams, but nobody knew what it was. Web Runner came to his own conclusion of it being his own fault for messing with his head in the first place, but what didn't make sense was that if his dreams could blend with reality, then why couldn't everyone else's. It was a targeted attack. Somebody or something that didn't like Web Runner was psychologically messing with him and turning his nightmares real. Web Runner thought it might be Cloak since Cloak had appeared in front of him right before he blacked out in that room, but he couldn't decide if what he saw was real or not. Besides, Cloak wasn't ever really known to be a mind game type of person. Web Runner really had to dig deep for this one. His past, what he's done to people, how or why they thought of him the way they did. It was rough on a person to say the least. He was really getting down on himself. That's when something came to mind, it was someone he had studied neurology with. His name was Aster Moore, or Cronos. Cronos was known for killing multiple superheroes with his devastating augmented and real hallucinations and mind altering tricks. If he really wanted to get into someone's head, he could. Web Runner outmatched Cronos physically and powerfully, but someone who could make someone else see something that wasn't actually happening could be bad. And the other thing was Web Runner didn't know where Cronos was. They both were connected to some kind of air rithmic power source of some kind though, usually only found on Sabe Mountain. Web Runner's only real option was to head up the mountain to the air rithmic sacred vault. The vault previously held the powers of Death Krow, but that had already been consumed by Cloak, so now it held all the power connections of people that were worthy. Web Runner prepared for the journey, even with his speed, the mountain top was about an hour up for him. He wore a less durable, but more heat insulating suit for the journey. On his way to the mountain, about halfway up, he saw something large and white move out of the corner of his eye. "Cyber Yeti." Web Runner whispered to himself. Cyber Yeti was an AI robot that fused with a Yeti on Sabe Mountain a long time ago and now it was a giant robotic yeti with a mind of its own. "You know me buddy, we don't got to do this." Web Runner said. Him and the yeti had met before, but it had been a while, and the AI was known for forgetting people in particular. It slowly approached Web Runner from out of a bush. "See, it's ok, I'm not trying to hurt you." Web Runner said gently. The yeti turned its head sideways like it was confused. It smacked Web Runner with a one arm swing knocking him out cold. Web Runner woke up laying in the snow. "Was that...real?" Web Runner started to question again. He looked at his device and it showed that he was in reality. "Well, whatever it was I'm in real life now." Web Runner quietly said to himself. Web Runner made the rest of the journey up the mountain in about thirty minutes. "If I was an air rithmic guardian post where would I be?" Web Runner said. He looked around for a little while and then found the guardian dojo. He walked in and asked a grandmaster to open the vault to the air rithmic power connections. "Are you worthy of using the air rithmics?" The old grandmaster asked. "Yes, I need in the vault to find someone who's messing with my head." Web Runner said. You told the air rithmic grand masters absolutely every detail about what you were doing, they were basically mind readers anyways, and the air rithmics were a very secret power only known to a few people. After the grandmaster opened the vault for Web Runner, two guardians stood outside of it while Web Runner looked at the power sphere. "Cronos." Web Runner said to the sphere. The sphere lit up exactly where Cronos was and the information it had about his powers. "Looks like I've got a date." Web Runner said.
