Leah's Point of View
The chill of a March morning nipped at my skin as we stood at the airport, waiting to check in for our flight to New York. I could hear the faint conversations around us, the clinking of luggage wheels on the tiled floors, but my attention was entirely elsewhere.
On her. My Girl.
Jennifer stood next to me, her posture relaxed but with an air of confidence I could never quite pull off. She looked stunning, as always, her sleek blazer fitting perfectly over a white blouse that hinted at her curves without being too obvious. I couldn't stop myself from stealing glances at her whenever I thought she wasn't looking, but I could feel the pull between us like a live wire.
"We're in for a long day," she said, her voice casual, but I could hear something else underneath, a teasing lilt that made my heart skip a beat.
"Yeah," I replied, trying to keep my tone steady. "It'll be busy."
Busy. That word barely scratched the surface of what today would be like. Not just because of the meetings, the store signing, or the interviews Jennifer had lined up for her Kohl's clothing line, but because of the simmering tension that had been building between us for weeks. It crackled between us now, an unspoken need that made my skin tingle every time I caught her eyes lingering on mine just a little too long.
It wasn't just a glance; it was a challenge. She knew exactly what she was doing, and it was driving me insane.
We went through security, standing close but not quite touching, and it was torture. The faintest brush of her arm against mine made my pussy throb. I couldn't focus. I fumbled with my bag, trying to keep my hands busy, but the weight of her presence was impossible to ignore. It was like there was an invisible thread pulling us together, inch by agonizing inch.
I stole a glance at her, and there it was, that teasing smile, curving her lips in a way that made my breath hitch. Her eyes were practically sparkling with mischief, like she could feel the exact effect she had on me, and she loved it. Every move she made, every small shift of her body, felt hot. When she stretched to pull something from her bag, her blouse pulled tight across her chest, and I had to look away before I embarrassed myself.
I couldn't help but wonder if she felt it too, this constant pull between us, dragging us closer even when we tried to resist.
As we reached the boarding gate, Jenn turned to me, her lips curling into that infuriatingly knowing smile. My stomach flipped, heat pooling in my panties. She didn't say a word, just let her gaze linger a moment longer than necessary, her eyes raking over me in a way that made my mouth go dry.
"You look tense," she said, her voice soft, almost playful.
I swallowed, trying to keep my cool. "It's just been a long morning," I lied, my voice sounding far too thin for my liking.
She raised an eyebrow, clearly amused. "Hmm." She stepped a little closer, her shoulder brushing mine ever so lightly. The contact was brief, but it was enough to make me just want to bend her over and eat her out right here.... She leaned in, her lips dangerously close to my ear. "I think you're lying."
Her breath was warm against my skin, and I had to bite the inside of my cheek to stop a shiver from running through me. I turned my head just slightly, and our faces were so close I could see the way her pupils darkened, the playful glint in her eyes shifting into something much more dangerous. My pulse hammered in my ears, and suddenly it felt like the air between us had turned into something thick, something charged.
"What makes you think that?" I managed, my voice barely above a whisper.
She tilted her head, her eyes glinting with that same wicked mischief. "I can just tell," she said, her tone light but laced with something deeper, something that made my heart race. She pulled back, just a fraction, giving me enough space to breathe, but her eyes never left mine. "We'll be stuck on that jet for a while. Maybe we'll find a way to... ease some of that tension."
