Two days later......
3:00 am

Atharv and Kritika were in a deep sleep when Kritika's sleep broke with a slight discomforting pain in her stomach. She stood up from bed and started heading towards the window to get some fresh air.

But with passage of time, the intensity of cramps worsens. She headed towards the washroom to splash some water on her face to calm down.

But when the pain became unbearable, she poured the water in glass and gulped it down her throat. But with every passing minute, it was giving her a nearly death experience.

Sighing in defeat, she finally called Atharv in a shaky voice while getting seated on the bed. She gently tapped on his shoulder. Atharv gently opened his eyes, but when he saw tears in her eyes, all his sleep vanished in a mili second.

He quickly got sat in bed and asked, ," Are you okay ? ". Kritika replied, " Please do something, my stomach is hurting so badly ". Atharv said, " Don't worry, we will leave for the hospital right now ".

Saying this he lifted her in his arms , while she had fisted her hands to control the pain which was eating her from inside out. He made her sit on the passenger seat and quickly started the car identifying the situation.

He wrapped the seat belt around her and started driving at the highest speed, he could drive. When pain overboard everything, she said, " Atharv please do something. I will die any moment now ".

Atharv replied, " Just trust me, I won't let anything happen to you ". Saying this, he quickly rushed the car in the direction of the hospital putting in all his efforts.

Soon, they entered the hospital premises. The doctor took her inside for the examination while Atharv was tapping his feet out of nervousness.

The doctor arrived outside and Atharv rushed to her, " Is everything alright? ".
The doctor replied, " For now , I can't say anything. We have just got done with all necessary medical tests for her and we have given her some sedatives, so that she could sleep ".

Time skips......

Kritika was still unconscious due to the effect of the medications. While other family members also joined them in hospital after finding out about Kritika's situation.

Riddhima, Aarushi and Aditya were at the hospital corridor when the doctor called Atharv inside the room. Atharv entered inside there. Till now, Kritika was also in a conscious state.

She was sitting at the bed while the doctor and Atharv were standing there.
The doctor said, " Mr. Shekhawat aapke wife ke sab tests ki report aa chuki hai aur hume pain ka cause bhi pata chal gaya hai".

Atharv spoke in a concerned manner, " What happened to her ? ". The doctor replied, " She has ovarian cysts ". Tensed expressions appeared over Atharv and Kritika's face.

Kritika asked, " Is it curable ? ". The doctor replied, " Yeah, it's curable. But it depends upon the situation that it could be handled with medications or we should have to go with surgery ".

Kritika fisted her hand in horror at the name of surgery. Atharv said, " I need the best medications for my wife. I want her to be completely fine ".
