Nelson: Okay, this C.D is titled.. The Warmonger?

Finnelan: (Sarcastic) Oh how delightful, we're going to watch a madman bent on waging war...

Lukic: Let's just see if this Warmonger is any more better or worse than the Scout.

Akko: Warmonger? What does that mean?

Ursula/Chariot: It means a person who encourages or advocates aggression on other countries or groups of people.

Akko: (Saddened) But why would some people would do that?

Hilda: There's some jerks who would grab any opportunity to claimed an abundance of resources, others for territory, while some for bullshit political reasons. Most of their reasons are just kinda petty and unecessary.

Ursula/Chariot: While there are some who are like that, there are also good reasons to do such thing, even if we don't see it. Also, please watch your language, young lady.

Hilda: Sorry about that, Professor Ursula... or is it Professor Chariot now?

Ursula/Chariot: (Chuckling) Please, just call me Professor Chariot now.

Hilda: (Understanding) Okay, Professor Chariot. I'll keep my mouth in check sometimes...

Ursula/Chariot: That's good to hear.

Julieta: Wait a minute, I think we've already seen this Warmonger person.

Li Na: How so?

Julieta: I recall seeing a man with a helmet that covers his eyes and is holding a rocket launcher. I think that might be him.

Li Na: Are you sure about it?

Julieta: Not entirely 100%, but I'm kinda certain of it.

Holbrooke: Then let us watch the second footage.

Nelson: Will do, principal!

Nelson puts the second C.D. onto the video player.

The video starts as it shows a blue uniformed man wearing a gas mask firing what looked like a flamethrower.

Rita: Woah! Is he using a flamethrower?! That's awesome!!!

Katie: Why did militaries stopped using them again?

Diana: Because they are considered inhuman to use in wars. While we may develop new technologies and weapons to enhance military prowess, it is important consider being humane towards your enemies and not use war as an opportunity to create and use experimental weapons that are deemed inhumane.

Almost everyone clapped at Diana's explanation, as expected from a star student of Luna Nova.

Finnelan: As expected from Diana, you always provide the right answers.

Amanda: Yeah, yeah, she's smart and all but where can we see any explosions and that fun stuff yet-

Before she can even finish speaking, the video shows a rocket hitting the blue flame trooper, killing him entirely as his body parts explode into bits.
