Yuri returned outside, trying his best to unhear what he'd just heard. His brothers and cousins were in Grandma's garden. And Yuya appeared to be quite fascinated with something in the garden. As Yuri approached, the tomato-haired boy suddenly bent down and picked up whatever it was that was fascinating him.

"Look what I found!" he said, proudly showing off his prize. It was a green snake! "This is a Japanese whip snake!"

"Like your card," Yuto said, studying the snake. The snake appeared to be quite calm in Yuya's arms, which his brothers weren't surprised about. Their cousins, on the other hand, seemed impressed. Megumi looked at Yuya and asked, "How are you able to make the snake so calm?"

"Yuya has a way with animals," Yugo said. "Especially cats, dogs, and snakes. Animals just love him! Sometimes stray dogs will even chase him through the streets cuz they wanna play with him!"

"Well, it's a good thing Uncle Haru doesn't come out to the garden," Ari said. "He's terrified of snakes."

The Yuus were quiet for a moment, considering this new information. Then, Yuri grinned. "Oh Yuuuuyaaaaaaa!~"

"No!" Yuya said immediately. "Absolutely not! You cannot have my snake!"

"Oh, please?~" Yuri purred. Yuya shook his head. "No, never! My snake! You can't have! It's mine!"

Their cousins watched the two boys bicker in amusement and intrigue. The four youngest cousins were very interesting, especially after learning more about them, and it was obvious that they had a very strong bond. The cousins hoped they would be able to get closer to the four Yuus. After all, they were family!
