Yuya refused to talk to Yuri after his little prank with his poor little snake. Not because it was mean to the Mean Old Uncle, but because it was mean to the snake. But Yuri knew how to get Yuya to talk to him.

He threw his arms around Yuya and trapped him in a hug. "Aw, look at you all protective over a little garden snake!~" he purred as Yuya did his best to ignore him. "So cute! Such a good friend to the animals!~"

Yuya looked away, pretending he didn't hear Yuri's words, but his cheeks had a hint of pink to them. Yuri continued teasing him affectionately. "You're like a real life Disney princess! All the animals love you! I wouldn't be surprised if birds started singing and deer and rabbits and squirrels started following you around while we're here!"

Yuya pursed his lips, biting back a furious jab at the Fusion cabbage. He was still trying to ignore him, but Yuri went on. "All you really need is a princess dress and you'll be set! I'm sure one of our cousins would be happy to lend you a dress! I could go and ask them—"

"Don't you dare!" Yuya interrupted him with a bright blush and a glare. Yuri grinned triumphantly. "HAH! Got you to talk to me!"

Yuya growled furiously and shoved him away. "I'm still mad at you! You put that poor snake in danger! What if Mean Old Uncle tried to hurt it?"

"I was prepared for that possibility and ready to save your precious snake friend if he tried anything," Yuri promised, wrapping his arms around Yuya in another hug. "For your sake~"

Yuya scowled and looked away sulkily. Then he saw the snake slithering around behind a pumpkin, and relaxed a little. The snake was safe. Nothing had happened to it, other than it getting a bit of a fright from seeing Mean Old Uncle. Yuya supposed he could forgive Yuri for that.
