The last year of the NTE- 3120 (Galaxy Quest)

Introduction

This story revolves in the Galaxy Quest Universe, the Fictional TV Show (not the movie)

I'll list some of the technologies (For now), Species etc of the story as it progresses. This was Fact Checked in the Questarian, Galaxy Request and Galaxy Quest Fandom site (except for the ones with the asterisk, due to using a Tripod for it and/or it came up to my mind)

Definition of Terms (Technology)

Blue Particles Cannon:
primary offensive weapons of the NSEA Protector. The blue particle cannons use a gigawatt ultraviolet laser to accelerate a magnetic packet of energetic subnuclear particles to near lightspeed. Directing them to impact on a target with tremendous destructive force.

Digital Conveyor:
type of teleportation station and console system onboard the Protector. (Similar to Star Trek's Beamer)

Interstellar Vox Communicator:
NSEA's interstellar communicator

Ion Nebulizer:
A standard-issue NSEA energy weapon. It shoots orange/yellow bolts of energy that explode against the surface of a target, while it could also cause sparks to fly from a living target on impact. At full power, it caused a target to surge and glow with energy before exploding into flames and smoke

NSEA:
This stands for "National Space Exploration Administration", the Flagship of the Starship Protector, Arcadia and Dauntless

*NSEA Arcadia:
starship on which Captain Jonathan Taggart served and on which he died on duty

*NSEA Dauntless:
starship on which Peter Taggart and Captain Moore served together and on which he died

NSEA Protector:
This ship is the only known NSEA vessel with a Mak'Tar crewmember.

NTE:
Stands for "New Terran Evolution", *A newer starship made by the engineers of NSEA

Omega-13 Device:
a device discovered on an alien planet by Commander Peter Quincy Taggart and his crew. (SPOILER ??)

Plasma Armor:
used to protect NSEA ships or personnel, protects from energy weapons, but not projectiles, and so revived hand-to-hand combat

Quantum Flux Drive:
"It is Quantum and it Fluxes so it drives." The protector is capable of sustained speeds in excess of mark 15, and sprints of up to mark 20

Red Particles Cannon:
a secondary offensive weapon on the NSEA Protector, that were similiar to Blue Particle Cannons but utilized infrared light rather than ultraviolet

Resonance Cannon (Also Quantum Rockets):
a tactical quantum weapon deployed aboard starships that utilized a plasma warhead. Resonance Cannon were used by several NTE-Based NSEA Starships

Surface Pods:
small landing vessels carried by any Starship with the Flagship of NSEA. It appearently has an autopilot system, and is possibly capable of manual control as well. The vessel flew using what is called a "Hyperpulse thruster system" that can fit under the pilots chair.

Species

Mak'tar:
A humanoid species native to the planet Tev'Meck. They are considered a peaceful species invested in the search of knowledge, averse to violence yet capable of it. They were eventually invaded and destroyed by the hostile Meechans. The only known survivor of the planetary genocide was Dr. Lazarus.

Meechans:
are a hostile and powerful race to the NSEA and the Mak'Tar. Also warrior-thieves who reproduce clones of themselves or in whomever they implant a volvac sac, who destroyed the Mak'tar homeworld of Tev'meck

*Nyxian (or Nyxian Beasts):
Their warriors were considered the most brutal fighters in twelve star systems. Known for their hatred towards NSEA
