This one is a primarch of a mostly female space marine chapter
Her name is Hecate
And she is a fairly powerful pskyer as are most of her troops and marines
Her marines Legion is called the Golden Wave
And they are excellent psykers and masters at ranged combat
They have a purple coloration with golden accents giving them a regal/royal look
