As soon as the white haired boy knew it, first and second period were over and morning classes have come to an end.
He still thought about how to get closer to Akutagawa since he seemed cold and somewhat unfriendly..
Now it was lunchtime and he didn't really wanna sit by himself because well..that's awkward..
There was a golden yellow haired boy that was sleeping on the wooden desk since first class started and Atsushi maybe thought to go talk to him or at least to try and make some friends.
He remembered his name being Miyazawa Kenji or something like that.
"Excuse me?.." he softly shook the sleeping boy.
The golden haired boy yawned and was awakened by Atsushi's presence and after he let out a yawn and stared at him with half asleep eyes.
"Hm?.."
Then he realized that morning classes are over and freaks out a bit
"Wait are morning classes over?" the boy asks.
Atsushi nods and replies "Yeah.."
Kenji sighs and says
"I did it again..this has been happening since a few weeks ago and then when I wake up I realize it's time for lunch.."
He then realized and asked
"Wait wasn't the seat next to me completely empty as I remember? Who are you?"
Atsushi then was confused for a moment and then remembered that he was asleep since first classes started so he wouldn't have seen him tardy and coming in late.
"I'm Atsushi Nakajima and I was late today because I overslept.."
"That's unfortunate.." he replies
"I'm Kenji Miyazawa! Do you wanna be friends Atsushi?" he says with a smile.
"Sure.." Atsushi nods.
They walked to the cafeteria together and Kenji asks
"So what grade are you in?" Kenji asks.
"Oh I'm a third year.." Atsushi replies.
"Oh I'm a first year!"
"But don't worry we can still be friends!" he said kindly.
The white haired boy smiles "Yeah.."
They got to know each other more as they ate lunch and as Kenji ate his sandwich..
After they sat at lunch together since they had the same lunch the golden haired boy went back to sleep and Atsushi was shocked..he fell asleep again?!
After a little bit he walked away and started to head to his afternoon classes.
Well at least he had a friend..
