Hearing the shots Roc ran outside only to see Juals car smashed into a tree down the street, immediately he took off running towards it. Getting closer he prepared himself considering how bad the damage was. Kei'Lani was already out the car with just a few scratches and a busted lip since she was in the back seat.
"JUAAALLL" she screeched frantically trying to pry the door open to help her friend who was limp against the dashboard . "Roc help me !" She screamed as she noticed him coming towards her. Grabbing a piece of metal nearby they pried the door open. Pulling her out they laid her on the grass.
"Where is Kemaaaaa" Kei'Lani cried. Scanning the car Roc noticed the shattered windshield
"Did she have on a seatbelt" he questioned
"I'm not sure, we got in the car and Jual immediately pulled off. Everything happened so fast.We didn't even know where the shots came from. We were talking about what had just happened I didn't even see a car" She rambled discombobulated
"Okay okay" he said trying not to worry her. "Stay with slim" he said giving her one last look before walking into the woods. He wasn't even 3 feet in before he could see Kema's body laying there. Roc couldn't even lie, even though she was no relation to him, seeing someone like that made his heart hurt. Especially someone who didn't deserve it's checking her neck he didn't feel a pulse but picked her up anyway and carried her back towards the car.
"Kemaaa" Kei'Lani yelled running toward her. "Is she dead?" She cried
Not knowing what to say Roc didn't answer. He laid her down away from the crowd that was forming. He could hear the sirens wailing in the distance. Hearing coughing he looked to his left realizing Jual had gained consciousness.
"Baby, be still." He said noticing she was trying to move.
"What happened, where am I?" She asked confused
"You were in a wreck." He said calmly, trying not to get her worked up
"Where are my friends?" She said with tears in her eyes
"I'm right here, I'm not going anywhere!" Kei'Lani said grabbing her hands as the ambulance approached
"Where's Kema?" She said
"She's over there, she's gonna be fine" Kei'Lani said
"I saw her" jual choked up. "Before I passed out , I saw her fly out the car! Is she dead!" She sobbed
"Nobody's dead ma I promise" Roc said before the paramedics asked him to back away . Swiftly they put a neck brace on the girls and had them on backboards. Stepping out the way Roc quickly ran back to the house ready to head to the hospital but first he had to get his phone and call his boys. It wasn't no coincidence that he was set up then his girl. Somebody was gonna die tonight. ________________
