Ronwynn heads back to her room to figure out what she can do with her new free time. She groans when she steps into her room. "I don't see why I couldn't help her with locating the symbol. I'm the one that found the book, I found the page with the symbol. I should be in there helping her!" She slides her shoes off and sits on the foot of her bed with crossed arms. "I doubt that there's anything in here that I can do." She takes off her bag and sets it on the floor.

She lays back and stares at her ceiling. "I could read more of the other books from the library. But what would be the point if we already found the one?" She glances at her desk from her bed, "I don't think I have any work I need to do or things I need to study." She throws her head back against the bed and lets out a huff. She closes her eyes for a second and then the exhaustion from the morning hits her again.

Sluggishly, she opens her eyes and sits up in bed. "I think I've figured out what I'm going to do with the rest of my day." She slowly stands and gets ready to go to bed. "Another missed dinner won't hurt. Aslocke might be upset but he'll understand. A girl needs her rest especially cause that potion might kick my ass later." She finally slides into bed and then shuts her eyes. Her breathing slows as sleep takes her.

"Medeis, who is knocking on my door right now?" Ronwynn sits on the edge of her bed rubbing her face to help wake her up. She looks to the window to see the moon is still high in the sky. The knocking gets more frantic the longer the door is closed. She groans and then grabs a lumination crystal from her bedside table. The once-moonlit room fills with a pale green light as she walks to her door. The door is yanked open as Ronwynn stares at the perpetrator with annoyance.

It was Esmeray still in her apron and gloves from working with Keyfiir's body."Ronnie! Glad you're awake, I found something and I need you to help me look over my work." She grabs Ronwynn's arm and tries to lead her to her workroom. Ronwynn drops the lumination crystal and grips her door frame in resistance.

"Hey uh, Esme you are aware of how early it is right? Along with the fact that you told me to get rest?" Esmeray continued trying to tug Ronwynn to the workroom to show her what she needed help with.

"Yeah yeah tell me about it when we get there. Right now we need to go. So start walking, kid."

"Esme, I don't think this is the brightest idea right now!" Ronwynn tries using her hand that's on the door frame as leverage to get her arm out of Esmeray's grip. Esmeray turns toward Ronwynn and goes after her arm that is on the frame.

"I have a lot of ideas that aren't deemed bright that you go along with. Why is this one any different?"

"It's different because I'm in pajamas, neither of us has gotten the proper amount of sleep, and I don't even know what you want me to look at!" Ronwynn frees her arm from Esmeray's grip and goes to grab the crystal shards from the floor. Esmeray pauses and assesses her surroundings at that. She gives Ronwynn a once-over and finally notices her night dress and slippers. She looks to the window in her room and sees the night sky.

"Whoops. Sorry about that kid, I got caught up in my discovery that this happened." She bends down to help her gather the remaining shards of the crystal. "We can fix this and then get you dressed so we can head over to my workroom. How does that sound?" They stand and exchange the shards. They walk into Ronwynn's room and close the door.

"Esme as much as I would love to help you, it's late. I'm tired, you're probably tired. I just don't think we should be doing anything involving the body right now." She mutters a spell and fixes the crystal and her room is once again green.
