Kinich saw that you started to getting some ideas, if they went outside, they can't get too far, because of the contracts that bond her and Iris, as well as him and Ajaw. "They can't get too far because of the contracts, perhaps they just went outside?", she pointed out.
Kinich's eyebrows furrowed, "That isn't like Ajaw, he always does one of two things : Annoying me or being in time out.. And It's weirder if your saurian is also missing..", he started to also get some ideas, 'Let's see.. I know he sometimes goes through this one cycle every year, which makes him more whiny and annoying... which is how he's been acting lately..'
He turned back to y/n, "What.. month is it...?", he asked, begging for it to not be one in spring..
Y/n counted with her fingers, "It's March, what's wrong with the months?"
'Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit!!' He starts to secretly panic, trying to look normal to the weirdly pretty woman in front of him, "I-I think we should go and look for them, you see.. Ajaw has this... cycle every year during spri-"
"Mating season..?", y/n cut him off, looking worried now.
Kinich blinked a couple times, a little surprised of her accurate guess, "Y-yeah.. How'd you know?"
Y/n made an awkward smile, "Well.. Iris has it too, the way I can tell is that she eats more that normal.. But either way, no offense, but I don't think Ajaw would be the one for Iris, he's got a very.. different personality.."
Kinich had to hold in a chuckle, "I guess your right.. If I had mora each time he's acting like a bastard I would be even wealthier than all the archons together.. But still, I think we should go searching for them, just to be safe.", he swung his legs to the side of the bed, standing up and walking towards the door. From this angle, he could see he was just barely taller than y/n.., 'Damn.. I really AM short..'
"Cmon, let's see where those gremlins went..", he started to walk to the main door, opening it and letting y/n pass too.
