Sweet Pea, Fangs, & Jughead all walk into school with bruises and cuts on their faces. They walk into the lounge to see the rest of the gang.
Betty's eyes widen when she sees her boyfriend.
"Juggie, what in the world happened?" Betty said looking at his face.
"We got into a fight with the ghoulies last night. We won, but we still got a beating." Sweet Pea said walking to the vending machine.
"Where's Toni?" Veronica asked looking for the pink haired girl.
Fangs sighs. "Toni got hurt last night, like really hurt. She was stabbed." Fangs said sitting beside Kevin who massages his head.
Veronica's eyes widen. "Stabbed? Why wasn't she at the hospital?" Ronnie asked.
"Tiny, doesn't have any money go to the hospital. Hell, her own Uncle was happy Toni got hurt. He's been wanting Toni dead ever since her parents left. He hates his own niece. Toni got beat down extra just for having blood fall onto his carpet." Sweet Pea is pissed.
"He hits her. She got stabbed and he was beating on her." Archie asked in shock.
"Yeah man. I heard Toni screaming so I took her. I punched her uncle in his jaw before leaving. I packed her some extra clothes and stuff. She's at my place." Sweet Pea said.
"Does she need help?" The Latina asked the tall boy.
"I don't know. She didn't even talk this morning. Toni needs to get away from her uncle before he kills her." Sweet Pea sits down beside Fangs.
"Guys these ghoulies are getting out of control. Toni could've died last night." Betty said.
"Nobody cares about us Betty. People always bring us down. We didn't do anything when we got here and we had to take off our jackets because of Reggie." Jughead lays on Betty's lap.
"Look, I could go over your place and help out Toni." Veronica offers.
"Look, no offence Latina spice, but Toni hates depending on people sometimes. She even hates depending on Fangs and I even though we tell her it's okay." Sweet Pea closes his eyes.
"Yeah, Tiny hates it." Fangs cuddles into Kevin.
"Let me know if she needs anything." Ronnie said.
"We will." Sweet Pea falls asleep on Fangs's shoulder.
Unbeknownst to the group a fiery redhead hear their whole conversation. Cheryl smirks at this. This is her chance to confront the serpent.

At Sweet Pea's place
Toni is sleeping on Sweet Pea's bed dreaming about a certain redhead that caught her eye on the first day of school. A loud bang disturbs Toni.
The young serpent growls standing up slowly not wanting to rip her stitches. She grabs a bat before swinging the door open angrily. Toni was about to go off until she saw Cheryl standing on Sweet Pea's porch.
"Cheryl? What the fuck are you doing here?" Toni asked tiredly.
"Well cha-cha I'm here to take care of you." Cheryl said with a snark.
Toni chuckles. "Take care of me? Cheryl take your ass back to the northside." Toni said as she closes the door.
Cheryl blocks the door with her foot and pushes the door open.
