Annabeth and Thalia stood in disbelief as the mysterious girl continued her conversation with the hunters. Suddenly, Leo blurted out, "You're her." The girl looked puzzled and asked, "I'm who?" I couldn't believe my eyes when I realized she was the girl from the photo in the Zeus cabin. "You're that girl from the photo!" Leo exclaimed. The girl gave Leo an incredulous look, and then, out of nowhere, Annabeth embraced her as if they were old friends. Thalia joined them and said, "You died." "It didn't stick," the girl replied nonchalantly. Thalia pressed on, "Where have you been?" "I was stuck in a Cyclops lair in the Labyrinth," the girl responded.

I stepped closer to the girl and asked, "Who are you?" "Elysium," she replied, adding, "Elysium Grace." I turned to Thalia, who remarked, "This feels like a family reunion, doesn't it, E?" I was bewildered. "What do you mean by a family reunion?" "Jason, let's talk at the big house. Everyone else, back to lunch," Chiron suggested.

As we made our way to the big house, Annabeth, Thalia, Chiron, and I walked alongside three other demigods. My mind was consumed by the lie I had just told my sister and the other cabin counselors. I couldn't shake the feeling that Mr. D was aware of my deception, and I knew that the hunters were likely privy to it as well. However, they understood that I only resorted to lying when crucial, so I trusted that they wouldn't expose me. Lost in my thoughts, I suddenly bounced back to reality. We entered a room that resembled an office, but instead of a desk, there was a table surrounded by about 20 chairs. We sit down and that's when a girl with red hair walks in and looks at me I remember you. "You're the girl who was with Apollo when he explained the rules of being the oracle to me. He called you Elysium, he said you were one of the eight. Chiron, she's going on this quest. I just know it."
