As you, Goku, Bulma, and Oolong traversed the rugged terrain, excitement mingled with apprehension. Fire Mountain loomed ahead, casting an ominous glow against the twilight sky. You could see the flickering flames in the distance, and it sent shivers down your spine.

"I can't believe people are scared of some silly old legend," Bulma scoffed, her bravado palpable. Oolong, trembling beside her, couldn't contain his fears. "But the Ox-King is real! I've heard stories! He'll kill us!"

You felt a wave of thrill wash over you, and like you, Goku, ever the optimist, merely grinned. "Let's go check it out!"

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the vibrant colors of the sunset faded into the fiery backdrop of the mountain, revealing its true nature. "Wait a minute," Bulma said, her voice tinged with disbelief. "That's Fire Mountain?!"

"Yeah, I think it is," you replied, squinting at the blazing peak.

Meanwhile, not far behind, Yamcha and Puar trailed your group, a mix of curiosity and mischief in their eyes. "This is going to be entertaining," Yamcha remarked, smirking as he watched the unfolding scene. "I can't wait to see Goku take on the Ox-King."

Back in the Diablo Desert, two figures were seen dealing with a different kind of trouble. They dreaded returning to wherever without a Dragon Ball.

"Please, Emperor Pilaf! Give us another chance!" the figure that looked like a dog begged, but it was too late. A jolt of electricity surged through both of them, though Pilaf's plan quickly backfired when the control panel malfunctioned, electrocuting him as well. The room filled with the painful cries of all three as sparks flew wildly.

Back at Fire Mountain, Yamcha and Puar's attention was suddenly drawn to a loud, piercing scream echoing through the canyon. A young girl—Chi-Chi—was sprinting toward them, chased by a massive dinosaur. Without hesitation, she reached up to her helmet, which had a sharp, blade-like horn protruding from it. In one swift move, she launched the blade at the dinosaur, severing its head in one clean strike.

The dinosaur's body collapsed in a heap, and just as the remaining carcass began to fall, Chi-Chi activated a beam from her helmet, vaporizing the remains into ash. Yamcha and Puar were stunned into silence.

Yamcha, despite his shock, managed to stammer out, "Wow, that was incredible!"

Chi-Chi turned to face him, her face stern and untrusting. "My dad says I'm not supposed to talk to strangers!" Without warning, she fired the beam from her helmet at Yamcha, who barely dodged the blast in time.

"Whoa! I didn't mean anything by it!" Yamcha said, flipping backward to avoid her next attack. With a swift movement, he knocked her unconscious.

Yamcha and Puar go back to where they were and began looking back towards Goku and the others, the flames of Fire Mountain grew more intense as they all turned their heads toward the source—Goku and the others had arrived at the base of the mountain.

Goku wasted no time and hopped on his Flying Nimbus, determined to reach the top and grab the Dragon Ball. You watched nervously as he flew toward the fiery castle, but the intense heat quickly became overwhelming. Goku singed his tail and plummeted into a nearby lake with a splash.

"What's the plan now, Goku?" you called out, helping Bulma and Oolong as they approached the mountain.

Just then, the ground trembled, and the Ox-King emerged, towering and imposing, with a massive axe in hand. "Who dares approach my mountain?!" he roared, glaring down at you all.
