I, Abhishek Malhotra, am the CEO of India's largest and number one company 'Malhotra Enterprises'. My every work is perfect and done on time and I cannot tolerate any mistake in any work.

This company was started by my grandfather. When he was the chairman, his son, i.e. my father, was the CEO and managed the company very well. Now that grandfather has retired, my father has taken over his chairmanship. And because I am the eldest son of the family, I became the CEO.

My dad has a younger brother, my dear chacha ji, he also helps my father in the company's work. We all live in the same house like a happy joint family.

Currently I was getting ready to go to Mr. Singhania's place. He has organized his 30th anniversary party and since he is a very old and good friend of Papa, we had to go.

Actually I don't feel like going at all, but what can I do, I have to go, otherwise whether Mr. Singhania says anything or not, his beloved son will give me trouble by saying this "What kind of a friend are you that you didn't come to your own friend's parents' anniversary."

Amar Singhania, the would-be owner of Singhania Jewellers and my childhood friend is no less than a clingy Jong so it would be better for my ears that I quietly attend that boring party.

I picked up the golden watch lying on the bed which was shining like I will shine in the party. There are only two pieces of this watch in the whole world, one is shining here on my wrist. And the other one is with Amar.

Mr. Singhania had designed this watch himself for my birthday, but on Amar's insistence he made two such pieces and gave one to me and the other to his stubborn son.

After getting ready for the party, I felt the urge to look at myself in the mirror one last time, so I walked towards the large full body mirror in my room.

Today I was wearing a three piece suit which was maroon in colour. My hair was perfectly set and I wore a pair of matching formal shoes and my favourite watch on my hand. Right now Abhishek Malhotra is ready to wreak havoc in the party. But as soon as I looked at the watch, my eyes widened.

"Oh shit I was so lost in myself that I lost track of time. The party must have started long ago and everyone must have reached the party except me."

I quickly picked up my car keys and started going down the stairs. The whole house seems so quiet, maybe I am the only one left in the house. I should also leave as quickly as possible otherwise if Amar comes to know that I have not yet come to the party, I don't know what he will do.

"Hurry up Abhishek, hurry up!"

Then suddenly my phone rang, I kept the phone between my ear and shoulder, put the keys in the car and started opening it.

"Hello?" I said and held the phone properly in my right hand and sat in the driving seat.

"Kaha mar raha hai saale tu? Abhi tak party me kyu nahi aaya?" Very good, what was feared has happened.

(Where are you dying, you bastard? Why haven't you come to the party yet?)

"I was stuck in main traffic, I am just coming."

"If you are stuck in traffic, why I'm you not hearing the traffic sound? Are you lying to me?"

"You are the only person in this whole world to whom I will lie now? I told you I am stuck in traffic and will be come in a while. Disconnect the phone!" I just said this and hung up the phone. If the call had not been hung up, I don't know how much more he would have told me and I am not in the mood to listen to his nonsense right now.

I threw the phone on the seat next to me and started the car. It started with a vroom sound and I drove off to the boring party.

I enjoy driving at high speed otherwise there is no fun in it. My full focus was on the road but suddenly my eyes fell on the window on my side. my eyes got stuck there. For a few moments it felt like the world had stopped and I didn't even realize when I reduced the speed of my car.
