Glue can't do it alone.

Dogday was a great dog & a even better friend to everycritter he met, he was the glue to crews friendship, but sometimes we forget not to rely on glue for everything, sometimes glue alone cant do it all, like a nail holding a picture frame it can't hold it up forever.

Today was the day! It was was dogday's birthday the pup was so excited for this day, he jumps outta bed and brushes his teeth, does his fur in his iconic style, and has a bone for breakfast.

Dogday after brushing his teeth once again he opened his door to outside he went, the sun was shining the air was perfect, his favorite weather for special day, "It's gonna a great birthday I just know it!" The pup says looking into the sky with determination.

He always made sure his friends had great birthdays, to name a few he gave Bobby/barb a bunch of stuff dolls she was so happy she gave dogday a big kiss on the cheek (not in that romantic relationship way) also on his best friend a bunch of sleep stuff, ya know since he loves sleep.

So he was sure his pals would do the same right?

Suddenly all of the crew comes up to dogday's house running, "wow they must really be excited to" dogday thought, "hey everyone!" Dogday says happily waving his tail wagging behind.

"DODDAY WE NEED YOU'RE HELP!" They all yell except for the mute cat, "woah what's wrong everycritter?" Dogday asks putting them before himself, like always...

The crew all started rumble about deferent problems at the same time bickering and yellling at who gets to talk first, finally the smart elephant snaps "everyone one at a time!" Bubba yells, "one at a time?!" They yell, "and I should go first since I came up with this excellent idea" he says, "that's not fair!" Hoppy shouts.

They all continue to aruge, dogday is getting worried. " Everycritter calm down, hoppy you can talk first okay?" Dogday says worried. "Hey-" the rest try to cut in, "kickin broke my pogo stick, and now he has to give me his!" Hoppy shouts, "hey! It was on accident and I don't wanna give a pogo stick when she can jump as high then one!" Kickin yells crossing his wings.

"Hoppy it was accident, kicks didn't mean to am sure he's sorry" dogday says sighing and looking at kickin knowing how the chicken tends to break things in his stunts or trying new tricks, "am sorry hops, I shouldn't have tried to jump off with it on big rock" kickin says, "it's fine, you don't have to give me your's" hoppy says sighing.

After a bit of turns, more bickering & shouting, and ones who already said there words talking about new problems too, dogday hears what everycritter has to say.

It was Bobby who was gonna get help first, the others began to leave, dogday trys to tell them it's his special day. "Wait everyone it's my-" dogday trys to say before getting cut off, "not now dogday, come on!" Bobby says grabbing the puppy's paw and pulling him along the path.

"Okay..." The pup says looking down.

They walk down the path until they reach the bears house, Bobby tells dogday she lost her red & gold shovel, it was her lucky one, apparently when she uses it on her plants it makes them grow faster and stay healthy. "I need to find Steve fast, I love him" Bobby says upset, "did you name the shovel?" Dogday asks, "yes,...now let's find him!" Bobby says draging dogday's paw.

Eventually with dogday's help they found it, or Steve.

Dogday was looking around Bobby's house, outside her house. "Hey Bobby were do you normally put your shovel?" Dogday asks, "HIS NAME IS STEVE!" Bobby roars, "I normally keep him in my under my bed" Bobby says her sweet demeanor back. 😇☺️
