" Oh well is he nice?" Alexia asked, her eyes still not leaving his. She was brought back into reality by Jordan tapping her hand, as a way to communicate.

" He's okay, but I wouldn't try to get to know him if I was you. He's what the Italians call Matto." Livia said as she went back to reading in her book.

"Thanks," Alexia responded with a warm smile before turning her attention back to her conversation with Jordan. She couldn't help but steal glances at Pietro a couple more times before fully getting Jordan's attention.

Jordan, noticed Alexia's stare, "You should talk to him," he said. "You're new, so it won't be weird. Trust me." But Jordan himself didn't listen to his advice. Jordan hadn't leaped to have more than one conversation with Livia.

" And I should listen to you? It's obvious." She playfully teased her brother, poking him in the ribs before turning her focus to the teacher. The teacher entered the room with a warm smile spread across her face, and many books in her hand.

" Nah I don't know what you're talking about," Jordan insisted back, Alexia gave him a playful look in response, not wanting to get in trouble for speaking.

" Buongiorno lezione! Parlerò in inglese proprio adesso per presentare i nostri nuovi studenti dall'America! I loro nomi sono Alexia e Jordan. Per favore, sii gentile!" She spoke aloud, causing the class to turn their attention to Jordan and Alexia, both having concerned and confused expressions.

( Translation: Good morning class! I'll speak in English right now to introduce our new students from America! Their names are Alexia and Jordan. Please be nice! )

" Americani? Qui?" A longer-haired boy had asked in amazement, he was sat by the boy named Pietro from moments before.

( Translation: Americans? Here? )

"Ma ci restano solo 14 settimane di scuola?Devono essere stupidi, non parlano nemmeno italiano. Parlare una lingua è stupido!" A blonde girl had wondered out loud, getting annoyed looks by her fellow classmates.

( Translation: But we only have 14 weeks left of school? They must be dumb, they don't even speak Italian. Speaking one language is stupid! )

"Debes ser estúpido para pensar que solo hablamos 1 idioma. El italiano no es el único idioma del mundo.Sabes qué? Me entiendes, chica? Probablemente no. Hablo inglés, español, francés y catalán, tranquilo tía." Jordan had spoke up, the class all looked at him in wonder of what he was saying. Alexia softly laughed at his statement, given she could understand everything he had said.

( Translation: You must be stupid to think that we only speak 1 language. Italian isn't the only language in the world. You know what do you even understand me, girl? Probably not. I speak English, Spanish, French, and Catalan, calm down bro.)

" Sì, solo perché siamo americani non significa che non parliamo altre lingue. È da ignoranti anche solo pensarlo."

( Translation: Yeah just because we're American doesn't mean we don't speak other languages. That's ignorant to even think.)
