"THAT TRAITOROUS VIXEN!!!!" Shadow yelled tossing everything off the desk and shelf as his fangs grow large and sharp and eyes glowed hellish. "What's going on in here?!" Silver snapped and Shadow glared at him hand clutching on the letter. "Roxie left me. ME! The one who gave her immortal life and everything she wanted! ALL FOR THAT HALF BROTHER OF OURS!!!" He yelled and tossed the chair across the room breaking it on the wall. "Well maybe we should've just killed him that first night." Silver crossed his arms. "We had to be sure it was the right hedgehog you idiot!" Shadow snapped but then remembered something that made him smile. "What?" Silver said. "If they're going where I think they're going they'll be in for a rude surprise~" shadow grinned and laughed wickedly as he pulled out his phone.

Roxie lays on sonic asleep in the first class seat of the plane. Yet as the hours go by Roxie hears sonic stomach growling but knew that growl. "Man I'm so hungry...." He whispered and she looked up seeing his fangs. "Here take these" she pulls out a tic tac box with red gels inside. She gives him two and he takes them feeling the juices glide down his throat and his hunger was satisfied. "Wow what was that?" He said. "Blood tablets.... You're turning into a vampire more." She said and he nods. "Don't know how my mom is going to react when we tell her the news..." he said. "I know..." she sighed before drifting off to sleep again.

The plane lands in New York City airport and once they get off they both rushed to the hotel where Aleena was staying at with Sonia and Amy. The receptionist gave them the room number and key after seeing he was on the approved list for emergency or joining. They run to the room and he uses the key to open the door yet as soon as they walked in something wasn't right. Sonic smelt blood and his tears formed as he walked through the room. To his heartbreak Aleena lay dead on the floor. "Mom...... no" he cried hugging her dead body and Roxie hugged him from behind. He lays her back down before he saw two fang marks on her body. "She was killed by two vampires.... They must've taken my sisters." He said. "Valerie usually travels with bodyguards let's go and invest—" the two were both suddenly hit in the head and they fall to the ground. In Sonic's hazy daze his heart broke even more. "Let's take them back to Shadow~" a familiar female voice said coldly. "Agreed~" the other female voice said as their eyes glowed red and fangs flashing with Aleena's blood as everything faded to black.
