It's been six years since Neil's death, and he is still wandering in the halls of his house, witnessing everything that's happening in his family.
He had felt very sad when everyone blamed Akshara for his death. But seeing his brother loving his daughter, Ruhi, so much had always made him happy. Neil always felt at peace knowing his daughter would get everything he had always longed for.
However, he feels very helpless when he sees his mother crying for him. He wants to wipe her tears, but he can't. He wants to hug his brothers when they shed tears, but again, he's unable to.
Neil's spirit watched as Abhimanyu's behavior transformed after discovering Abhir's true parentage. The brother he once knew, who had lovingly cared for Ruhi, now seemed distant.
Abhimanyu's attention shifted to Abhir, and Ruhi was slowly pushed aside. Neil's heart ached seeing his daughter, once the center of attention, now neglected.
Manjiri, his mother, who had once doted on Ruhi, now ignored her presence, besotted with her newfound grandson. The change was palpable.
Neil remembered Aarohi's words: "Sautelé kabhi apne nahi hote, sirf apne hone ka dikhawa karte". Today, he felt the truth in those words.
He saw how effortlessly Abhimanyu and Manjiri's love shifted to Abhir, leaving Ruhi feeling abandoned. Neil's spirit longed to intervene, to remind them of Ruhi's love and needs.
But, bound by the constraints of death, he could only watch, his heart heavy with sorrow.
Ruhi, sensing the change, began to withdraw. Her smile faltered, and her laughter diminished. Neil's spirit yearned to reach out, to comfort her.
Neil's spirit wandered through the halls of his beloved home, witnessing the transformations that time had brought. Ruhi, his once cheerful and carefree princess, had matured too quickly. Her bright smile now hid a deep pain, a pain that Neil's spirit couldn't bear.
"What happened to my lively Ruhi?" Neil thought, his heart heavy with sorrow. "She deserves so much more."
But what pained him most was Aarohi's transformation. His Chipkali, his vibrant and fierce wife, was gone.
"Aarohi, my love," Neil's spirit whispered, "what have they done to you? You're just a shadow of yourself."
He recalled the day he discovered Aarohi's lie about her pregnancy. His pride had dictated his actions, and he sent her away.
"If only I had reprimanded her instead of breaking her trust," Neil thought, regret filling his heart. "Maybe then she wouldn't have felt so alone."
"Aarohi, why did I let my ego come between us?" Neil's spirit sighed. "You were young, scared, and needed my support."
Their separation had begun with a demand for 10% shares in Birla Hospital. Neil had seen it as selfish, but now realized Aarohi's insecurity and immaturity lay beneath.
"I should have explained, comforted her," Neil's spirit whispered. "Perhaps our love wouldn't have withered away. We could have worked through it together."
Before his death, Neil had given Aarohi a second chance, but only as Ruhi's mother. Now, witnessing her mere existence, Neil's regret deepened.
"Aarohi, Chipkali," Neil's spirit whispered, tears falling from his ethereal eyes, "I was blind to your pain. If only I could turn back time... hold you close... and never let you go."
Actually i have read some fics where aarohi was sent back in time so I thought why can't neil go their.
Tell me if you want me to continue
