❝ no one tried to read my eyes,
no one but you,
wish it weren't true ❞

THE day started out like normal, y'know, waking up, getting ready, all that jazz.

Willow so wanted to leave school, considering students with a 3.0 or higher gpa had the privilege to either come to school at 12, or leave at 12.

It was 10AM, and Willow's head felt heavy, her eyes droopy. Thankfully, it was her free time, so she had about 30 minutes of rest.

That wasn't enough.

Plus, she'd probably sleep way longer than 30 minutes, and she didn't want to risk getting on her geometry teacher's bad side.

Today had been a lazy day for her–she just threw on the first thing she saw in her closet, which was grey baggy sweatpants, a white oversized long-sleeve shirt, and over the shirt was a beige sweater. She kept her hair down too.

"Willyyyy!" Charlotte–also known as Charlie–squealed as she made her way over to Willow, who was sitting at a quiet corner in the library.

Willow's head shot up at the voice, her frown turned into a smile at the sight of her bubbly friend.

"Hey, Charlie," Willow greeted with a wave.

She'd been bored out of her mind all day, and Charlotte might be the one to fix that, with her non-stop talking, and the interesting things she talked about.

"Dude, today's been sooo weird," Charlotte complained with a groan. "So, basically, I asked my friend a hypothetical question, and–"

"–what was the question?" Willow asked, cutting Charlotte off.

Charlotte's nose flared in annoyance, but didn't want to upset Willow, so she kept her cool.

"I was getting to that," Charlotte paused, twirling her ginger hair with her fingers. "Anyway, I asked her what she would do if a furry went up to her, and licked their hands while staring at her for a whole three minutes, then just leave after that."

Willow's eyebrows furrowed, confused as to why that was even a question. "Uh..."

"Exactly."
