" Sofiya, how do you know Lily's sister ?" Nick asked on our way to his school, " well , we go to same college and have some common friends" it was not a complete lie tailor is her friend
So, it's actually a full truth
" Do you guys hangout?" He asked, why do kids ask so many questions anyway" umm yeah , we do hangout sometimes " I replied
He narrowed eyes at me " hmm, then we can go to their place to play , right?" That was literally out of nowhere, I mean it was a complete lie, we don't hangout at all , heck I just got her number yesterday , " why you wanna go their ?" I know mom would definitely send me with him if he goes there " Lilly asked me , she said now it's my turn to go to their place so , we can play " he finished as we arrived at school doors " but don't you have that group project? , you guys meet eachother for it " it's not a big deal to take him their but I don't think I can take the risk of staying in same room as nia
After yesterday's encounter I was thinking about her all night,
I realised she had changed her hairstyle and got  upper part of her ears pierced, that's why she looked different, I was thinking about the way she lower her tone while talking to nick and Lilly ,
The way she covers her face while laughing, the way she has habit of fixing her hair and doing hair flips with her short hair every two minutes , we hardly spent around two hours and had minimal conversation still I learned alot of things
And I can't even start talking about how fast my hear beats while looking in her eyes, she can take anyone's breath away by staring at them but that's the thing I have always liked about her since the first year , no doubt her whole appearance is attractive but their is something about her eyes, they are just so , expressive , like you can understand what she feels by looking in her eyes
" Sofi , sofi , are you even listening" I heard nick yelling on top of his lungs in my ears , he settled down as he got my attention " you are taking same turns again and again, where are you lost" I looked around us and realised he was right, we are roaming around same place
SEE, if I get lost in her thoughts like this then imagine what would happen if we are put in same place

After I dropped nick at school, I grabbed some coffee on my way to college, I don't have any classes till 10 and now it's just
9 , I have a complete hour to do whatever I want, but all my friends have early classes and bella said she has a date , obviously with Kevin, and I am here all by myself
" What are you doing here?" I turned around to see the owner of the voice which I already knew who it belonged to
" Nothing, just roaming around"
There stands the cause of my late night sleep last night, her eyes looking beautifully confused
at my answer " but it's business administration department, you are supposed to be attending classes" she said coming closer
" Well , same goes for you" she smiled and looked away bitting her lips " I don't have any class today , I am here for swimming practice and you ? " She asked raising her one eyebrow titling her head on other side " I have late class " she lightly nodded her head, then there was awkward silence between both us until she asked " wanna grab a coffee?" Despite having enough of coffee for morning I still couldn't say no
" Sure" .

We were sitting on benches on roof , sipping on our cold coffee
No one attempting to break the silence, but it was not awkward it was comforting, the comfort I haven't felt in long even if we are not good friends but it seems so , natural to be around her
" Hey , I wanted to ask you something" she said grabbing my attention, I looked towards her
" Go ahead" I said as she rested her back on bench and closing her eyes taking a Deep breath
" I actually wanted to say this for a long time but we actually never had a chance of good talk with eachother" she took another deep breath and I took another deep sip from coffee" I wanted to apologise you for my behaviour on our first meeting" she said in one breath, I know what she is referring to, her behaviour was the reason of uneven relation between us " I know I should not have been rude to you that day , I was just really anxious and angry about something and took it all out on you" she didn't look towards me, not even a single glance showing how embarrassed she was about it
" It's not entirely your fault, I know I was also too loud but can you blame me, my bestfriend just got into swimming team , " she looked at me in little shock, definitely not expecting me to accept her apology this easily
" I am sorry too " I said,she smiled at me which resulted in a chemical reaction happening in my intestine , which was something new
I still remember that day when in our first year tailor got in swimming team and we were all really happy so , as soon as he got out of pool we all showered him with hugs even though he was already wet with water
And I was definitely the most delighted one yelling on top of my lungs, that's when someone tapped on my shoulder and when turned around to see them
That's when I first met nia
I was about took in the fact that she was insanely gorgeous when she told me Stop yelling like it's end of this world, which I took offensively, then some more insults were thrown at eachother before our friends separated us
That's how it all started, it was her fault at first but I know after that whenever she tried to talk to me , I always been rude so , technically we both were at fault

But it's funny how after such a long  time now we decided to be on good terms, which actually feels good, I looked at nia sitting right beside me , a light smile not leaving her face , it was cute .
