(few days later)
Today we had class from Hagrid. I was walked to the woods with Pansy and Jamie by my side. As we arrived in the woods, i saw some poor boy getting torn to shreds by his book. Malfoy walked past him and laughed at him together with Blaise, Grabe and Goyle. I rolled my eyes at them and walked further into the woods until we reached Hagrid.
As we were waiting for Hagrid to show up, Draco got into a argument with some boy named Harry. I watched them as Draco walked towards Harry and all of the sudden looked terrified as he stumbled backwards. He pointed his finger in the sky and yelled dementor, twice. Everyone looked at the sky but saw nothing. I looked back at Draco, and he stood in front of the tree with his friends mocking Harry with the cap of their robe on their heads whilst making ghost noises. One of Harry's friends pulled Harry away and Draco just kept laughing.
Hagrid arrived and said that we needed to rub the back of the book and so i did. I looked over at Draco and he also rubbed the back of the book whilst looking around and giving some people dirty looks.
Hagrid introduced the big animal in front of us. It was a hippogriff named Buckbeak. He explained that it was a dangerous creature. He asked who wanted to pet it and everyone walked backwards leaving Harry in the front. Hagrid called him over and made him bow. The bird-like animal bowed back, and Harry put his hand out to pet it.
After a minute, Hagrid lifted Harry off the ground and put him on the animal's back. Harry let out a small yelp and Hagrid slapped Buckbeak on its ass making it rear and run off. It ran through the crowd almost running over me and got off the ground flying through the trees up to the sky.
After like half an hour, he returned and landed right in front of us. Harry got off with a big smile on his face and ran towards his friends. Everyone clapped for him and jeered.
"You aren't that dangerous after all." i heard someone say as someone pushed past me. It was Draco. He rushed towards Buckbeak but before he could do anything, the animal reared and hit him with his big claws. Draco fell to the ground and started yelling. I tried to run towards him but i felt a hand grab my wrist. I turned around and saw Jamie shaking his head.
"It's killed me, it's killed me!" i heard Draco yell and i looked back at him. Some friend of Harry leaped forward and yelled that Hagrid needed to take him to the hospital wing. Hagrid picked him up and carried him away. I heard him say something about a bloody chicken before i walked away. We all walked back to the castle as the class was dismissed.
(Draco's POV)
The beats reared and hit me with his big claw.
I fell backwards and my head hit the ground, hard. As i did so i saw y/n jump forwards but this asshole of a Jamie held her back.
And that's when the pain in my arm kicked in.
I yelled and wined when i heard some yell to take me to the hospital wing. Hagrid picked me up and caried me away bridal style.
I'm going to sue that bloody chicken.

(Y/N's POV)
It was lunchtime and i was walking to the great hall with Jamie by my side. that's when i bumped into someone.
Theodore, the biggest player in the school. He fucked every girl in this school, there were very few who hadn't including me.
"Watch it, whore!" he spat as he strokes his blouse straight.
"The fuck did you just call me?" i spat back.
