Great fell first and almost as soon he realized it, he wanted everyone to know that he liked Inn. He had the urge tell anyone who would listen, even Inn himself, but he kept mostly to himself. He'd wanted to tell Inn first before telling everyone; The problem, however, was, Great wasn't the type to outright say 'I like you' to his face, at least he hadn't been in the past. Inn wasn't seeming to understand all of the hints that Great was dropping. Not just Great, though, was dropping hints— the few people that did know about Great's feelings also seemed to give a few. Great knew that he needed to find a way to tell Inn how he felt, it was starting to eat him up inside.

Today, dear reader, we will discuss three pivotal times that have lead to Great's breaking point.

Great had felt a little silly when he realized that the whole time, what he'd been feeling for Inn was just that: feelings. The first few days he had sat with this information had been hard and he'd mostly kept to himself.

Thor, seemingly continuing his big brotherly duties from the series had noticed that something had changed in Great's demeanor. After much urging and prodding, Great had come clean, though at this point Great was very much still in the 'beating himself up' phase.
"How could I have done this?" He asked Thor, resting his head against the wall.
Thor sat beside him. "Feelings can't be helped, you know." He'd replied.
Great heaved a deep sigh. "I know I should tell him but I can't. If we don't work out, I can't risk losing him."
Thor pressed a hand onto Great's shoulder. "You don't know that. You don't know that you won't work out."
Great shook his head. "I can't. At least not yet."

As time passed by, Great became more comfortable in his feelings. He had toyed around with confessing to Inn, dropping the tiniest little hints but not outright saying it. Great wasn't fully committed to confessing yet, though.

Inn stood in front of the mirror, messing with the necklace around his neck. Great had nearly fallen over when Inn had walked towards him, dressed all in black with the top two buttons of his shirt undone.
Inn looked at Great's reflection in the mirror. "You're sure this looks good?"
Great was almost breathless as he replied, "Trust me. You look good. Too good. Someone's gonna steal you away from me."
Inn had softly laughed at this but Great was just struggling to keep his composure together. But if Great hadn't been paying attention, he would've missed Inn's soft remark back.
"I won't let anyone steal me from you." He'd murmured softly, but he'd cleared his throat after, almost as if he'd simply been murmuring to hisself.

The two were out together for a fun day out. Well, it was supposed to be fun but instead people kept staring Inn down and Great was becoming wildly uncomfortable with the stares that were being thrown at both he and Inn. Inn didn't seem to notice much, keeping all of his attention on Great.

Inn had gone off to take a phone call. Someone had approached Great, he knew without having to even turn around. He also knew without the guy having to even open his mouth that he was there to ask about Inn. Before the words could even leave the guy's mouth, Great was saying, "He's mine, don't flirt with him."
At that moment, Inn returned and had put a hand on Great's shoulder. He'd smiled at the guy and said, "Sorry, he's a bit possessive."
"So I have a chance?" The guy had asked, hope creeping into his tone.
Inn still smiled. "No."

Great had not planned on telling Inn how he felt that evening— he hadn't even planned on telling him soon, but at that moment everything changed. He had to tell him.

They had been sitting on Great's couch for at least thirty minutes now as Great tried to get the words to come out. Inn only knew that Great had something to tell him and he knew that he wasn't purposely dragging it out but Inn had started to get nervous. He almost wanted to lean over and jump inside of his brain so that Great didn't have to say it out loud.

Inn sat up straighter and leaned forward a little when he saw Great's mouth move, heard a noise come from his mouth. Inn's heart rate kicked up inside his chest as he watched Great internally picking out the words. He nodded, encouraging Great to speak.

"I like you. I really, really like you." It finally came out of Great and it felt like a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders. He watched Inn for his reaction, nervously anticipating the response.
Inn smiled as he felt a knot loosen inside of him. He looked up, meeting Great's eyes. "I know." He says softly, watching Great's face as confusion crosses his beautiful features.
"You— What do you mean you know?" Great's confusion makes Inn want to squish his face in his hands, he finds it so cute.
"I know how you feel about me. I wanted to hear you say it— instead of beating around the bush." Inn says. He reaches his hand out and grabs Great's, guiding it to place over his heart. "That's all you, Great."
Great feels the beat of Inn's heart under his palm and he's filled with so many different emotions. He wants to cry because Inn is so sweet, he wants to scream because he's so in love and he doesn't know how else to express it, and he wants crush Inn against him and kiss him until he can't breathe.

Great moves closer, resting his forehead against Inn's. He pauses for a moment, simply just savoring this moment. He wants to remember everything about this.
Finally he finds the courage and asks, "Can I kiss you, Inn?"
Inn smiles softly and nods. "You don't have to ask."
Great looks into his eyes one more time before he closes the gap, getting one last confirmation. Inn nods again and Great touches his lips to Inn's.

It's a soft touch of lips at first but Inn pulls Great in closer, opening his mouth against Great's and deepening the kiss. Quickly it becomes a heated kiss.

Great had never felt like this when they had kissed before but then again, it had been in front of a camera. A whine came from his lips when Inn pulled back and he looked at him through his lashes, unable to take his eyes off of Inn sitting in front of him.
"You're so beautiful," He murmurs pulling Inn close again to rest their foreheads together.
Inn smiles and kisses the tip of Great's nose as he lifts his hands to hold Great's face in his hands. "You are beautiful. I love you."
Great kisses Inn, murmuring "I love you" against Inn's lips.
