As the morning sun peeked over the ocean horizon, its golden rays illuminated the bustling city of New York. The streets came alive with activity as people prepared for the day ahead - shop owners unlocking doors, children gathering their school supplies. In the Calloway Apartment, nestled in a cozy bedroom, Natasha Calloway lay in a king-size bed, drifting in peaceful slumber. The sunlight cascaded through the window, gently kissing her face, coaxing her from her dreams. With a sleepy yawn and a languorous stretch, Natasha shed her covers, rising from her cocoon of blankets. Following the siren's call of morning, she ambled towards the bathroom, disappearing behind the door with a soft click. An hour passed before she emerged, the echo of a flushed toilet trailing behind her. Adorned in her attire for the day, Natasha made her way out of the bedroom, gliding down the hallway and descending the stairs. Entering the kitchen, a fragrant symphony of sizzling delights greeted her - her husband Graham stationed at the stove, orchestrating a breakfast masterpiece.

"Good-Morning, Mr. Calloway", Natasha said as she walked into the Kitchen.

"Good-Morning to you too, Mrs. Calloway", Graham replied.

Natasha settled into the cozy chair at the kitchen table, enveloped in the mouthwatering aromas emanating from Graham's culinary masterpiece. He skillfully crafted a breakfast feast consisting of fluffy pancakes, sizzling sausage links, crispy hash browns, toasted bread slathered with sweet Strawberry Jelly, and a steaming cup of coffee. An hour passed blissfully as Natasha and Graham indulged in the hearty breakfast spread. Afterward, Graham bid farewell as he ventured off to work, while Natasha embarked on her morning errands. She journeyed to the post office, the bank, the library, and the grocery store, making a quick pit stop at the local drug store to purchase a pregnancy test. The topic of having children had been a significant discussion between Natasha and Graham, contemplating the paths of conceiving or adoption. Returning to their abode, Natasha meticulously stored the groceries before finally mustering the courage to take the pregnancy test. With cautious steps, she ventured into the bathroom, initiating the test with a mixture of anticipation and apprehension. Another hour ticked by before Natasha gingerly inspected the test, her heart sinking upon discovering the undesirable negative result. A wave of heartbreak washed over Natasha, overshadowing the morning's brightness.

Natasha diligently carried out her household tasks, but an hour later, ominous Grey Clouds loomed over the apartment, quickly turning the slight drizzle into heavy rain. Mesmerized, Natasha settled on the couch, gazing out of the window at the downpour. After roughly an hour had passed, the entrance to their cozy apartment creaked open, signaling Graham's arrival. Stepping into the room, his blue jacket glistened with raindrops, forming a shimmering veil over the fabric. A hood shielded his head from the downpour's persistent embrace, concealing his features until Natasha's eyes finally met his.

"Oh, Gray, I was so worried about you", Natasha said.

"I know, I know, just hold on, just hold on", Graham said softly.

Natasha was suddenly taken aback as she heard Graham whispering softly. She soon realized there was a subtle movement beneath the fabric of his vibrant blue jacket.

"Gray, what's that you have in your Jacket?", Natasha asked as she was looking at him.

Graham had just pulled back the hood covering his head and turned to face his wife. Letting out a deep sigh, he began to unzip his blue jacket with deliberate care. Natasha watched intently as he revealed what was hidden inside. In an instant, she caught sight of a pair of luminous eyes gazing directly at her. Swiftly, a tiny black nose emerged followed by brown eyes and pointed ears. It wasn't long before Natasha recognized the charming visitor as a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.
