India has the largest democracy.In the eyes of the law everyone is equal.But I guess thats not the fact .Our courts are known for giving verdicts in favor of the truth.That is its verdicts are considered fair.But what if a crime is not reported just because of the fear ...if the case goes to the court...who is going to spend so much time and money to fight a case.There are many cases where the crime was done 10-30 years back and yet the there is no decision of the case.For the latest incident which came up in news was that.....a person(criminal) was sent out from jail because when he commited the crime he was a juvenile...n now he is 53.Just imagine how long did the court took to give its verdict.In my opinion, India should introduce a new law..in which the verdict should be given in the maximum time of 4-5 years..n not more than that.If the verdict is not given within the maximum time strict actions must be taken against the judge.Maybe by this law...there must be a increase of no. of cases being reported.At last but not the least....the line.."JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED" would be perfect for the current senario of India.
