chapter 6

Maya pov

When we got to Raven's house she opened the door to her house as I had her brother over my shoulder “you need to invite me in" I said, she slowly rubbed her hands on her legs.

No way she's regretting this now

“Well then have fun with him" I said as I dropped her brother on the ground as he let out a groan and woke up.

She quickly picked him up “you can come in" she said as I grab her brother and pulled him to the couch as I throw him on it “the fuck at least be gentle" he said I roll my eyes but Raven gave me a soft squeeze as I pulled away.

“I'll be back I'm going to the kitchen so please behave yourself" she said to me I just nodded as I watched her leave the living room.

“How the fuck are you in my house" Luis said his eyes filled with angry “your sister let me in but you will forget all of this soon" I said as he quickly stand up but I quickly grab his neck “your lucky I didn't kill you for going after my brother” I said squeezing his neck as I lift him up from the ground "you should really thank your sister cus if you were anyone else I would hurt you in a fucking heart beat” I said as I let go of him and he fall back on the couch.

I heard soft hums from the kitchen. It was quite calming even when I sat down on the chair as Luis looked even more angry but he didn't do anything.

Raven walked back in with water and a pill as she handed it to Luis “you really bring that filthy thing in our house" he said “she helped me get you inside" Raven said as she put the water and pills in his hand as she went to the kitchen.

After he drink the pill I grab him roughly as I look into his eyes his pupils growing bigger  “I want you to forget what happened today you were in a very drunk at a bar and you got hit by someone you never saw someone and you don't remember who" I said I put him down as I vampire speed to Raven as she was rubbing her face her back facing me.

I'm not very good at comfort or talking really , even after a century I still don't know how to talk to people.

I gently grabbed her shoulder. “I'm done with him, I just need you." I said the last part was softer than I realized but I meant it.

She turned around “you know I won't tell anyone” she said I just saw how tired she looked I gently touched her cheek as she leaned into my touch my heart quickened as I gently rub her cheekbone.

I heard someone coming from the door as I quickly vampire sped upstairs and I went into some room. I smelled like Raven, slightly dirty, books and notes all over her desk but I didn't want to look into anything I wasn't so I went into a corner closer to the door as I just waited.

After what felt like forever Raven finally came inside the room as she took off her hoodie. I couldn't help but see she only had a bra on her.

“Wow" I whispered as she turned around “what the fuck now come you didn't leave" she said covering her stomach as she quickly put her hoodie back on.

I immediately forget what I was going to say as I pull my shirt down “you know to umm…ummm” I quickly try to find something.

"Just do it already, I'm tired Maya," she said with a soft pout. I quickly nodded as I got closer, gently touching her cheek. I still can't find what to say. It's like I couldn't bring myself to compel her like my body was forcing against it.

I gently rub my fingers against her cheek “if he's hurt as much as I hate to say this I'll give you some money as much as you want just promise me your family stays away from mine" I said.

"I can't agree to the money but I will try with my family” she said, I rolled my eyes "you will” I said as she shook her head and I rub my eyes "god you are stubborn” I said.

I heard some footsteps as I quickly vampire sped out of the house and down the street I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

When I got back home I was in the shower with my head against the wall as the water went down my head towards my body. My eyes were closed as I just had Raven all in my mind.

I felt hands around my waist "can't stop thinking of me?"

I quickly turn around to see no one I open the door to see no one I fall back against the wall “I'm going fucking mental" I said.
