Third perspective:

"Seriously? You came to HQ dressed like THAT?"

A laugh filled the whole café. Multiple people staring at them awkwardly, some even whispering and gossiping about how weird the man who laughed loudly was. The man had a muscular yet a lean figure, it was almost the same as Aki but he was a bit more muscular. The man's hair contrasted with Aki's snow like hair, the man in front of Aki had green hair.

It was like the spring before the winter together.

Apparently, with just his beaming shameless and energetic aura was more than enough to tell his whole personality. Even though he knew people were talking about them, the green haired man just laughed it off. While Aki's shoulders lumped down, glancing away from the man sitting in front of him.

"God I swear I don't know him"

He simply mumbled under his breath, trying to defend himself. Though just to himself with how quiet his voice was. Hiroyuki's eyes narrowed, his finger tapping on the table impatiently. His expression remained calm and stoic but he clearly was turning into a ticking time bomb. He doesn't know why, but whenever he's with this green haired idiot his patience bar always seems to burst so quickly.

And he could feel it bursting now.

"Shut it Rui. It's not like your cringe clothing style is any better"

Hiroyuki spat out annoyingly. Glaring at the green haired man named "Rui" in front of him. Rui grinned widely, his hands slamming on their table. Although a little bit quieter since he had the feeling that Hiroyuki might just throw him off their squad if he gets more annoying than he is right now.

Rui Yugen: A member of Squad 2 of BDE. He's known to be a loud and energetic guy, he's also patient and kind. No one ever saw him get angry or annoyed so far. And although being a newbie who's only been a detective for 1 year, he immediately became a member of squad 2.

Perhaps it was because of his absorbed devil?

"You two are too noisy, you're disturbing the others"

That same usual low and gentle tone called out from Hiroyuki's behind. He didn't even need to turn around to know who it was, who else could it be other than Kairi? Rui smiled in a friendly manner as he waved his hand to their squad captain excitedly. He was the embodiment of a golden puppy. Kairi's eyebrows arched up when she saw Rui waving excitedly at her, although she didn't think too much of it.

Rui's like that to anyone anyways.

The black haired woman walked towards them, standing in front of Hiroyuki's chair. Her hand on the head of Hiroyuki's chair, holding onto it gently. Though the man didn't bother to turn around to greet Kairi, he was too busy overthinking the worst possible scenarios.

Those two idiots just had to meet each other HERE at all times. And in a café too.

Hiroyuki could swear he could already feel the headache coming in. Oh how much he wished he didn't hesitate and just brought his pain reliever for headaches earlier.

And so, the whole café was filled with two idiots giggling like hyenas. While the man on the left chair simply stayed quiet, minding his own business. But he did but in or reply from time to time. After all he didn't want anyone to think he was giving Kairi the cold shoulder.
