+++"I was their big brother, it was on me to protect them."

I must have fallen asleep again, because this time as I wake up, sunlight streams through the windows and Dean isn't laying next to me.
I stretch my tired limbs and rub at my puffy eyes.
I walk downstairs and follow the heavenly smell into the kitchen.
And he stands, only an apron covering his chest.
I hug him from behind, "Good food and a great view, you're spoiling me King."
His chest vibrates as he chuckles and turns around to hug me.
"Everything for you, Love."
"Love?", I ask with a smile and he shrugs.
"Thought I test it out.", he smiles too, little dimples appearing on his face.
"You could call me dirty old rag and I would still love it."
"Even Anthony.", I make a grimace and he laughs, kissing me.
"Okay, not Anthony then.", he kisses me again, "Now go sit your pretty little ass down."
I sit down at the table as he puts down two plates.
"French toast with fresh berries and toasted honey pecans.", he tells me and I could cry just looking at it.
I take a bit doing a happy food dance.
"I guess it's good?", Dean asks with a chuckle.
"Good?", I say with a mouth full off goodness, "This is heavenly, Babe."
We eat in silence, we'll ist mostly my chewing because I'm shoving everything in me like a starving man.
After we finish eating, Dean puts the plates away and we drink our coffees.
I let out a sigh, "I'm sorry about yesterday, you had something important to tell me and-".
"I'm gonna stop you right there.", Dean interrupts me, "Nothing that happened yesterday was your fault , you know that right?".
