Foxglove's heart began pounding. Am I the right person to do this, they thought watching as the knight looked at them. The knight was a woman about Foxgloves age, she struggled to catch her breath. I must heal the knights it's in my Oath to heal.

"I'll do it," Foxglove spoke up.

"Alright let's go, follow me" The knight wheezed out between heavy breaths. Can she fly back there in this state? Foxglove panicked. The knight started to fly before Foxglove could consider it further.

The knights purple wings and silver armor became the only point of reference for foxglove as they flew forward. Foxglove never moved this fast, it wasn't ever necessary in their life on the farm. Foxglove wondered how the knight maintained speed like that as Foxglove could feel their balance faltering and their breath shortening. The closer the two of them got the thicker the air got as it filled with smoke. Foxglove wondered if the air here was safe to breathe but didn't linger on that thought for long as it was impossible to move this fast and hold their breath.

"When we get there the captain should have been pulled out along with some others who are injured," The knight yelled back turning her head and maintaining her direction forward. Foxglove looked forward in horror at the trees in flames, From the distance they were now Foxglove couldn't see fire spirits, but they knew that they were down and by reputation alone Foxglove could only assume they were dangerous.

"How do you fly this fast without losing your breath? Foxglove shouted fighting against the wind.

"Endurance magic," The knight shouted back in a matter of fact way. "Land here" The knight went down to the ground. Foxglove followed her and began scanning the ground looking for the captain and others they had to help. The heat was overwhelming at the ground Foxglove could feel panic brewing beneath the surface This isn't safe, this isn't natural I'm not one of the knights I shouldn't be running into danger. "You've got this I believe in you I wouldn't have let you follow if I didn't see the potential in you to save us." The knight put a hand on Foxgloves shoulders.

Foxglove found the first fairy in need of their help. I swear to heal the land and help it grow and prosper, this was just a natural extension of their oath. Foxglove breathed in and let their magic flow to their hand. The fairy in front of Foxglove was breathing if not awake at least alive, Foxglove scanned his body for any exposed bits to see the extent of the burn. Bile rushed to Foxgloves throat this was real and his skin was severely damaged. This is nothing just pump him full of healing. Foxglove reached down and placed a hand on his face and the other on his raw burnt and blistering arms. Magic began to flow naturally between Foxglove's own hands towards the man, Foxglove knew the next part was coming but it still was shocking how much pain they absorbed and felt moving through their system. So much pain. Foxglove didn't know how long they could hold this. Relief rushed over Foxglove as they felt the fairy breathe a deep breath and begin to stir, the burns began to look better like scars with weeks to heal.

"Blessings be, I really though I was a goner there," the man spoke. "I'm going to need your name after you help the rest. So, I know who to thank when I lay my head down another day," He scanned over Foxglove and seemed to stop and take them in. "a cultivator?" he must have seen the color of my wings.

"Over here, two more over here" The knight who asked foxglove to help on Lilia's farm said to them when Foxglove looked in her direction to see where to go next.

Foxglove went to each knight who needed help. Thankfully the knights had kept their injured fairy's behind their line of defense. Each time the pain shocked Foxglove they didn't know how a person could take this much pain. The healing magic only required her to feel a fraction of the pain they removed but by the end of the ordeal Foxglove began to feel lightheaded themselves, they knew there was danger there as they could not heal themselves if they were to pass out. The pain needed a path to escape, and the healer served as that. Foxglove began to feel their balance falter. Vision tunneling. Foxglove felt a hand on their back it was only through that touch they realized that they were no longer on their feet.

"Don't worry ill get you out of here. Just rest," It was the female knight they had flown here with. Foxglove wanted to fight it, but their body couldn't fight any longer. They could only trust that the knight would take them to safety. And they did trust that.
