9 Months Later.
A small group of teens and their dog were celebrating their latest solved mystery.
Velma: Another mystery bites the dust!
Fred: Way to go, gang!
Daphne: Let's celebrate!
Scooby: Yeah, celebrate.
Noah: I'll get us some ice cream from my dads shop!
They all turn to leave but suddenly Sheriff Stone closes the door to the cell.
Sheriff Stone: Better idea.
Fred: Aw, come on, sheriff.
Noah: Yeah man! We didn't do nothing wrong... this time.
Sheriff Stone: Just cork it. You see this badge? Know why it's here?
Velma: It came with the shirt?
Noah: You haven't lost it yet?
Sheriff Stone: It's here because if there's a crime, I solve it.
Sheriff Stone walks to the door.
Sheriff Stone: Oh, and by the way, I've called all your parents, who, by now, I have on speed dial. Oh, are you in trouble. Especially you, Fred. Say hi to dad, the Mayor.
Sheriff Stone leaves the room.
Daphne: Just once, it would be nice if someone thanked us for solving a mystery.
Noah: They will eventually...
Noah takes a lollipop out of his pocket and puts it in his mouth.
Noah: I hope at least.
Fred: Good thing we're not in this to be liked.
The rest of the gang glares at Fred.
Noah: Huh?
Fred: ...Maybe that didn't come out quite right.
Noah: I hope so.
A voice came from the other side of the door.
???: Don't worry I'll talk to him. Yes I did get permission to get them all. Yes yes of course.
The man opened the door to the cells and revealed himself.
It was Noah's dad, Oliver.
Oliver: Hey gang.
The Gang, Minus Noah: It's Mr. Gale!
Oliver: That will never not be creepy. Anyways I'm here to bust y'all out.
Shaggy: Like awesome, man! Are we gonna go to your shop after?
Scooby: Rah! Ice cream!
Oliver: Sorry guys, I'm closed for the rest of the week.
Shaggy: Darn it...
