You know, my phone hasn't caught a break since we've first met
Even food pictures that you post, your friend's elated words
Make my heart pound, from a distance
I grow curious over you, I think I might adore you
This might be the start of us...

You know, whenever you update your profile picture
There's this infectious smile glued all over my eager face
At times, I catch myself clicking 'Like'
I yearn to know all about you
I'm so serious, it's true
You're all up in my scattered mind

Found no resolution
I wonder how the room you breathe in
Looks quite like?
Through those pearly eyes
I'm restless, list of what-if's that haven't come true
Will they ever be?
I wanna hold you today, kiss your worries goodbye, everyday!
All DAY!

Author note: When I write it's not to show my situation in life. Perhaps in the past it was; rather it's to describe the life of someone in the world who is living in that specific situation at the moment. Somewhere out there, there is a person feeling this way towards someone.
