I step up to the table, ready to give my Testimony in court, and I say into the microphone "Your honour I-" She raises a finger and interrupts me, she snaps out "Full name, Place of Birth and Date of Birth, Now." I stutter a bit "uhh...Albin Mearguard Coxha, Frifflington, United Kingdom, and February 18th 1994." I look behind me, Mum and dad are here? My god, how'd they hear about this? I smile at them and whisper "Everything's going to be okay" they smile back, i can see tears in their eyes, and i know it won't be okay, but that depends on what i'm being 'Charged' with, oh, seems like i'm about to find out now.
"Albin Mearguard Coxha, also known as Cleeven Butter, stupid nickname, You, Are stood here today charged with one count of rape, and one count of first degree murder." I hear some quiet whispers, she continues "This...brutal and merciless act, was carried out on 2 Year old Alesky Broznya...May god have mercy on his poor soul" The whispers increase to proper talking, and that simply fills the court room. The old wrinkly judge slams her Gavel down, shouting "SILENCE! what this...villain has done is unforgivable, but this is a room of court, ladies and gentlemen!"
She continues waffling about the story most likely made up by the 'three men', "You, and your accomplice, Victor Broznya, carried out this horrific act, you took turns raping him, and then YOU, Mister Coxha, strangled him to death and raped him again, according to our Autopsy report, and You also took turns forcing his own Mother, Zofia, to watch it, and then beat her until she was unconscious, please give your testimony or hold your silence."
I begin "Listen, your honour, i have no idea what you are talking about, Me and Victor were...In love...Are you really prosecuting me because i'm gay? Telling lies because I'M GAY?" I then take a breath, and chuckle "This is all one big game to you isn't it? My Brother has a 4 year old daughter, how do you think she'll feel when she has to be told Uncle Albin has been Imprisoned in a foreign country? you have no cares in the world for me and my family, this is all fixed, all the odds are stacked against me, I'm finished."
The judge rolls her eyes, and says "Sit back down"
