I wake up, reluctantly, and step out of my cell, along with everybody else for roll call, an alarm beeps, how i feel sorry for those who decided to have a lie in. Guards, about twenty come walking down slowly, one, who looks about sixty, keys jangling at the right side of his waste and a baton at his left, i ask him, with some hesitation "When will i be-" "SILENCE!" he snaps back at me, it shakes me a bit, but i'll have to get used to it for the short time i'm here, he squares up to my face for no apparent reason and goes "We'll kill you when we're ready to" hm, very short time it seems.

First day of primary school, high school, even work, but Prison? Hell, it's something else. My mother is booked in for a visit this afternoon, I've got that to look forward to i suppose, but not really, not talked to her since i arrived in England from Hungary, a while ago now, thinking about it, and then i instantly left to go to Poland, ah, what a life.

Flash Forward - 13:22PM the same day

I hear a THUD THUD THUD on my door, and a guard opens it, i get up from my bed (there's nothing else to do other than lie down or sit down to be honest) "Coxha, your mothers here." he says in a cold, bitter, emotionless voice, i walk over, and he grabs me by my arm, leading, yet also shoving me to the meeting spot in another part of the prison, and occasionally booting the back of my feet for added "Fuck you".

My mother is there, and i sit down, it's in an empty cafeteria, we hug, but the guard shouts "NO CONTACT!" and we quickly un-embrace (if that's even a word). "Albin...why didn't you tell me you were-" She begins "I was scared, mum, scared of..." I interrupt her, but i lose my thought track, prompting her to begin with"Of What? you know we'd love you no matter what." I stutter for a moment, not knowing what to say, but then Mum says "Why did you do it? Imagine how your brother Vano would feel, his little daughter Summer?" I look away to think up a reply, but she says "What was the man's name? Victor, it was, that was what the Judge said."

I nod "Yes, it was Victor, and, Mother, i'd never do anything remotely as bad as what they're accusing me of, they're doing it, because i'm Gay, and they've built up this false case against me, those three men KILLED Victor in front of my very eyes." My mother, upon hearing this, seemed very taken aback "Oh my god...I'm so sorry...Albin" i say "No no no no no, you don't need to be sorry, Poland does, they're the ones killing me after all, and not a hint of...protest against this" And with a slight shrug the visit was over.

As the guard is walking me out i realise i've forgotten something..."I love you Mum!" I shout across the hall, turning my head, the guard grabbing it, and throwing me forwards onto the ground, and i get back up, and then he carries on, and i soon arrive at my cell, which, he throws me into.

Thats probably the last time i will see my Mother...not even probably, THAT is the last time i will see my mother, and i'm only 23...
