Sanji's Siren Song

Chapter 8 ~ The Going Merry ~

Once it was certain that all the Oceanids crew had unfortunately leapt to their deaths in the East Blue both remaining crews checked over their own ships for damage and began pulling apart the Oceanids for items that may be useful for either crew. Nami grabbed the maps, Zoro any weapons that the Going Merry might need while Ash and Luffy raided the galley, "Are you sure the Delphine won't need the maps or any food?' Luffy asked "Nah, not when they can leap off the boat and catch fish with their bare hands for food and most Sirens can swim in all the seas, even the Grand Line without needing a map" Ash laughed in reply and tapped her head regarding the map point "So that's true then, you can turn into a mermaid AND have excellent direction!" Luffy replied looking at Ash astonished, "Yeah, we turn into mermaids when we hit salt water - but we can control it if it will endanger our lives for humans to see us such and of course we need to have excellent direction - we need to find our way home or to our Mate" Ash replied, "Do you have another question Luffy?" Ash asked quietly as she had noticed that Luffy was looking at her legs "Ummm, do you all have the same colour scales or are they different like our hair colour?" Luffy asked, Ash smiled "They are different like hair colour, my scales are a beautiful metallic blue... like Sanji's eyes. Sometimes the colour is inherited but Andrina's book also suggests that the colour can be influenced by what a Siren likes - if their favourite colour is pink then their scales will most likely be pink" Ash informed.

"You should join our crew!" Luffy enthusiastically offered, "Nami would love another girl onboard and you could help her with the maps and of course Sanji wouldn't say no.... for many reasons" Luffy rambled bumping Ash's shoulder and raising his eyebrows, "I'll think about it" Ash replied with a smile.

"Everything of value gone?" Andrina queried once Luffy and Ash were back on the Going Merry, "Yes" Ash answered, Andrina nodded as one of her crew threw a bottle of whisky with a lit piece of cotton in the top onto the deck of the Oceanids "What a waste of good whisky" Zoro shook his head mournfully "Actually it was a crap bottle that my cook found in their Captain's quarters" Andrina replied leaning on the railing next to Zoro with both crews watching as the Oceanids burnt and then sunk to the bottom of the East Blue.

"We need to get going. There are others who need our service" Andrina straightened walking towards Asherah and taking her by the arm to the tangerine trees for a modicum of privacy, "You will be alright now... you know what needs to be done, but you need patience for your Mate to heal a bit more before testing out Medica's stitchwork. The cuts may have been shallow but his body takes longer to heal than your own. Also, remember that you don't need to stay with him all the time, you need to explore under the waves just as much as he needs to explore over them, and most of all, from what I understand from his crew mates is that he wants to find the All Blue. They are sailing for the Grand Line" Andrina finished staring Asherah in the eye, "But I can take them to the Grand Line and I crossed the All Blue with Mama" Asherah stated, "Yes, Little Minnow you did, but they need to find it on their own. This is their adventure, just as your adventure was to hit Sanji over the head with a mackerel to make him realize that he loves you" Andrina smiled, Asherah could not help and smiled as well.

By the time Andrina and Asherah had rejoined the crews on deck the Delphine Sirens had shored up their supplies and were waiting for their Captain to make her formal goodbye, "Captain Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami and Usopp I leave you with a valuable asset, who will be able to assist you in all your personal adventures and dreams. In the Words of the Sirens - Sanji, I leave you your Mate, I tie you to Asherah, daughter of Haenyo, it is now part of your very being to look after her, love her right, protect her body and shield her from harm" Andrina looked at Sanji who had Asherah tucked under his arm and was listening to every word "Also, don't forget to make her scream every now and then, she needs it... and so do you. I bid you all farewell and safe seas" Andrina finished on a smile before heading over the gangplank onto the Delphine and casting off.

A few days after the Delphine had left, Asherah was in the galley helping Sanji prepare for lunch, Sanji was stuck just looking at his Mate, and as she tucked some of her purple hair behind her ear he could not just stand by and ignore that part himself that wanted to bury himself in Asherah anymore and in one swift movement Sanji's body cages Ash up against the wall, "When are you going to come back to my bed and stop sharing with Nami?" Sanji whispers almost growling, into Ash's ear as he slides one of his thighs between Asherah's knees and brings it flush up to her body, leaning into Ash even more, "As soon as you are 100% healed" she replies, "Oh but I am..." Sanji trails off beginning to leave kisses along the length of Ash's neck and moving his thigh slowly against Ash's apex, "Sanji... remember what Medica said? You need at least a week to make sure you're not going to pull on the stitches" Ash reasoned, "I.... don't... think... I... can... wait... a... week..." came Sanji's response punctuated with more kisses, Ash tried but somewhat unsuccessfully pushed Sanji away from her body "It's not you.... It's me Sanji" Asherah whispered but when she looked up into Sanji's eyes and saw the lust filled gaze there, Ash pulled him down by the tie so she could lower her voice to a level that only Sanji could hear.

"I want you to be at 100% for me... I want you breathless, gasping for air beneath me; groaning for me, pleading for me, I want you repeating my name as if it is the only thing that you remember, writhing and crazy" Ash stated and pulled back to look Sanji straight in the face before continuing "I want to feel you for days when I walk afterwards and to devour me as if I am your last meal". "You can not say things like that to me and expect me to not want to sling you over my shoulder taking your arse back to my bunk to start on that list straight away" Sanji groaned in response, dragging his nose up the side of Asherah's neck and leaning into her body, "I wish I hadn't seen or heard all that" Zoro commented from his spot leaning against the doorway, "Nobody is talking to you Mosshead" Sanji snapped reluctantly pushing away from Ash, Zoro rolled his eyes "Our captain wants to know what the dinner specials are.... Other than what you're planning on eating... later hopefully" Asherah blushed an alarming shade of pink, and tried to avoid looking at Zoro until she looked up and caught Zoro's eye and he gave her a small wink as Sanji informed Zoro what he would be serving.

"Sorry Ash, I love trying to get a rise out of the Waiter" Zoro chuckled, "That's ok. You think I'd be used to it being around all the pirates at Baratie all the time" As replied, "True, but you have a weakness when it comes to Sanji" Zoro responded using the Cook's name for once, "Yeah, I do. That's why Siren's don't normally stick to their Mate's side for long periods of time" Asherah explained.
