The grand festival was in full swing, the air alive with laughter and the scent of roasting meats. In the midst of the revelry, Prince Virat managed to slip away from his royal duties, seeking out the company of the mysterious magician, Rohit.
Virat approached him with a casual air, his eyes scanning the crowded courtyard for any sign of the sorcerer. "Rohit," he called out, a smile playing on his lips. "I've been looking for you."
The magician turned, his dark eyes meeting Virat's with a knowing look. "Your Highness," he said, bowing slightly. "What brings you to me?"
"Have you got any clue? ," Virat asked, his voice low and serious.
Rohit's expression remained neutral. "I've been searching," he replied. "But spies are like shadows. They only reveal themselves when they wish to be seen."
Virat's smile faded. "Is there nothing you can do?" he pressed. "I need to know who's behind this before it's too late."
Rohit leaned against a nearby pillar, his gaze drifting over the crowd. "My powers do not extend to controlling the actions of others," he said. "I can only guide and suggest. The spy must make their move before I can act."
The two men fell into a tense silence, the music and laughter of the festival a distant backdrop to their conversation.
"I don't understand," Virat said finally. "What does that mean?"
"It means that I cannot simply command the spy to reveal themselves," Rohit explained, his eyes snapping back to Virat's. "But fear not, I have my eyes and ears everywhere. I will know when the time is right to act."
Virat nodded, his eyes narrowing. "And when that time comes, I will be ready."
The magician studied him for a moment before speaking again. "But until then, we must be vigilant. The fate of the kingdom rests upon us all."
"I know," Virat said, his voice tight. "And I will do anything to protect it."
Rohit's gaze softened. "I believe you, Your Highness," he said. "But remember, trust is a fragile thing. Be careful whom you confide in."
The prince nodded, his mind racing with the implications of Rohit's words. Who could be the traitor? And more importantly, how could he protect his kingdom without revealing his own hand in the matter?
"I will," he said finally. "Thank you for your counsel."
The magician nodded, his eyes never leaving Virat's. "Call upon me when you need me," he said. "But beware, for the path we tread is fraught with danger."
With that, the prince turned and disappeared back into the swirl of the festival, his mind racing with thoughts of treachery and deceit.

Rahul retreated to a private chamber, his heart heavy with the burden of his father's illness. He knew he needed to share this with someone who would understand the gravity of the situation. He ordered the guards to inform prince Virat to meet him.
The connection between the two princes had always been strong, despite the distance that separated them. Virat was the only one who knew the depth of Rahul's feelings for Hardik, and he was the one person Rahul could confide in without fear of judgment.
"Virat," Rahul began, his voice thick with emotion. "It's Father... He's been poisoned."
Virat's heart skipped a beat. "What?" he gasped. "Is he...?"
"The physicians are working tirelessly," Rahul assured him. "But it's dark magic, something none of them have seen before."
"We must find the traitor," Virat said firmly. "For the sake of your father, and for the future of our kingdoms."
Rahul nodded, his resolve strengthening with each word. "We will," he vowed. "And together, we will bring them to justice."
"I know you have my back, Virat," Rahul said, his voice shaking slightly. "And I will have yours, no matter what."
"I will," Virat promised. "We are brothers, in all but blood."
But for now, they had a mission. They would find the spy, and they would save the king.

As the festival's lights began to dim and the cool night air settled over the castle, Hardik managed to slip away from his duties. He had to speak with Krunal and Rohit. The weight of the secret he had been carrying was too much to bear alone.
He found them in the library, a place they had often used for private discussions in the past. The moment he saw their faces, the words tumbled out of him. "Krunal, I need to tell you something," he said, his voice urgent.
Krunal smiled excitedly. " Do king approve your relationship!? "
Hardik's cheeks flushed, "What? No!" He cleared his throat, "It's about the king's illness. It's dark magic, and I fear for his life."
Rohit's eyes grew serious. "This is indeed dire news," he said, leaning forward. "We must find the source of this magic and put an end to it."
Krunal's excitement turned to concern. "But how do we do that?"
"We need to be vigilant," Hardik said, his voice firm. "And we can't trust everyone."
"I've heard whispers," Rohit began, "of a sorcerer who has been seen in the castle lately. They say he's been asking questions about the dragon's lair."
"Could he be the spy?" Krunal asked, his voice hushed.
"It's possible," Hardik said, his mind racing. "We need to find out who he is and what he wants."
The three of them spoke in hushed tones, the candles flickered as they debated potential motives and connections.
"But how do we get close to him?" Krunal wondered.
"We must use our wits," Rohit said, his eyes gleaming. "And perhaps a little magic of our own."
Hardik nodded, his eyes on the magical artifacts displayed on the library's shelves. "We'll need something to protect us," he murmured.
Rohit looked at him, his expression unreadable. "I know something," he said, his voice low. "A spell that might help."
"What is it?" Hardik asked, leaning in.
"It's a simple truth spell," Rohit explained. "It will force anyone it's cast on to speak only the truth."
"Perfect," Hardik said, his eyes lighting up. "We can use it to unmask the spy."
"But be careful," Rohit warned. "Truth spells can be tricky. And the spy might not be the only one with secrets."
The three men shared a knowing look. They had all kept their share of secrets in the name of the kingdom. But now, with the king's life on the line, they had no choice but to risk exposing themselves.
They agreed to put the plan into motion the next day, during the final dragon show. With the castle's attention focused on the spectacle, they would have the perfect opportunity to confront the sorcerer.
As the night deepened, their conversation grew more intense. The gravity of their mission weighed heavily on their shoulders, but the bond between them grew stronger with each shared secret and whispered strategy.
And amidst the shadows of the library, the love that had once been a whisper grew into a roar, a declaration that they would face the darkness together.
