Harry's POV:

"Get down here you worthless piece of shit!!" Uncle Vernon yells from downstairs, I sigh and sit up with a wince, still sore from the beating he gave me for 'not cleaning the dishes well enough'. I pull myself to a stand and limp out of my room, down the stairs almost falling, and to the kitchen "Y-Yes Sir?" I ask avoiding eye contact, he then grabs my chin harshly making me look at his face " You look at me when we are having a conversation you worthless faggot I am clear!?" he growls at me making small pieces of saliva land on my face, at first I stay silent until he raised his hand at me making me flinch and whimper  "Yes sir" He smirks as he see's my reaction to his hand, his smirk fades when he smacked a letter on counter "MY HOGWARTS LETTER YES I CAN LEAVE THIS HELL AGAIN!" My brain all but screamed, Uncle Vernon lets my chin go and I stumble back a bit but I grab the letter and read

"Dear mister Potter, You've been Invited to come back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft And Wizardry to complete your seventh year, this choice is optional of course but if you decide to come back here are the rules

1. All 7th years will have combined housing roommates, 2 per room

2. You may wear you own clothing

3.  You may be aloud to roam the castle after hours (by the way only 7th years have this privellage, Go Minny)

4. You will have your own table for 7th years

5. all the other rules for the younger years apply as well

These are your rules as a 7th year student, I expect you to follow them or you will gain either detention or expulsion, Sincerely, Minerva Mcgonnagal"

My internally does a backflip as I read the letter, I walk to the doorway of the kitchen but before I can walk out Uncle Vernon grabs my hair making me help " Before you leave, I have give you one more beating for being a worthless faggot" my eyes widen while he smirks then it disappears as his lands a hard punch to my gut making me gasp for air and fall to the ground, he then continually kicks my stomach as I cry out in pain helplessly. After awhile of kicking me he grabs my hair dragging me up to my room, he throws me on the bed and locks the door, this was weird, Uncle Vernon usually wants people to see me beaten and helpless, that's what I was thinking until I'm ripped from my thought by him tearing my clothes off and I Scream for help but he lands a hard punch to my head making me go dizzy as he takes don his pants.

-time skip after bad thing that should never be done-

I lay there naked and sore all over as Vernon pulls up his pants and unlocks the door and leaves  me alone in my room feeling disgusting. After about two hours I drag my body to my wardrobe and put on an oversized red hoodie and black jeans with some combat boots, I slowly pack my stuff into my trunk and limp down the stairs and to the train station. I arrive at the station and quickly get to a compartment in the back and put my trunk on the rack above and sit on the cushioned bench, I sigh shakily as tears build up in my eyes and I pull my knees to my chest and sob into them.

Draco's POV:

As I walk through the train looking for a compartment to sit in I hear someone crying in a compartment, so me being the changed person I am and enter slowly only to be met with the sight of p-Harry crying, and what most people don't know besides Pansy and Blaise is that I've had a crush on Harry since 3rd year and just seeing Harry like this breaks my heart so I waste no time pulling him into a hug and to my surprise he wraps his arms around my waist and cries into my chest and I whisper into his ear " Shhhh it's okay Harry it's okay" He slowly starts to calm down as I continue to whisper relaxing nothings into his ear
