Edict and Soul Weapons Ideas for my AU 1

Honestly... looking at what I put for my AU I feel in order to truly pass the concept I have been tossing in my brain.

Soul Weapon of the rainforest: Tree lantern(buff)

The soul weapon takes the form of a mace shaped like a tree tree with a glowing light or lights. Most wielders will have the tree planted down and act as a beacon. The tree lights will emit a glow that gives buffs depending on it's color. The color of the beacon can be dependent on several factors that vary from user to user though all conditionals have an emotion felt aspect . Lastly, the colors have the same emotion association with rainwing scales with the colors being "positive emotions" most of the time.

The inspiraton for this soul weapon is the positive aspects of the rainforest and the rainwings. They are very open with their emotions hence why the color is based on emotions felt. It is "showing" your emotions to the world and being rewarded for it.

Alt Soul Weapon of the rainforest: Tree lantern(suppress)

This soul weapon is is still a tree however the lights look like eyes. Unlike tree lantern instead of buffing allies the eyes of this tree debuff enemies. The colors of this variant are also "negative emotions" instead of positive. This soul weapon is also wielded as a handheld lantern which illuminates like a flashlight or spotlight instead of a large tree illuminating a whole area.

This edict is commonly used by wielders who are nightwings in the forest though non-nightwing users are not uncommon. It is suspected the main factor deciding the manifestation is if their mind focuses on the positive or negative aspects of the rainforest.

The inspiration for this soul weapon is obviously the negative aspects of the rainforest. Despite the abundance the nightwings are now granted 

Soul Weapon of the lost city: 

Edit of Avis: 

"*chuckles* The game's almost done! Don't lie! Your secrets glow now!" 

"All that's left... is the confession."

This edict allows for Avis to "focus" on a target. As Avis "observes" the targets behavior or hits with his attacks he will build "insight" on the target. Observation is knowledge of the target found before or during the fight.

To describe observation it is finding out secrets on the target. A secret being things that the target keeps hidden from others. This can be as major as something about Peacemaker's past but, it can also be as minor as behavioral patterns as while people show that every day, people don't usually directly say that. The more "hidden" a secret is the more insight is built when it's found out.

During combat manifestation a yellow glowing eye sigil will appear and all the insight on targets will be revealed to Avis only as a glow on the targets. Insight allows for Avis to use special abilities on the target. The most notable being "glower" which is a light flash the eye which stuns and drains it's targets based on how much insight Avis has on them.

While he knows how much secrets he has found based on the glow he still needs them to confirm which of his theories are true. Thankfully, the edict helps him with that. Avis can ask them to confirm a secret. If the target confirms one of the secrets found they lose insight stacks. However, lying increases insight stacks by alot. Seems the edict has also absorbed his hatrid of lies. Choosing to remain silent does nothing however. Can't be a hypocrite afterall and force a confession.

As a passive effect the edict gives slight hints to Avis. Nothing that would be new information but something small to keep him on track with this investigations. Not that he needed it.

Yep, I uh got the inspiration to make more of these. I hope you like what I put here. Feel free to put comments on my ideas especially the parts where I was less clear on what the Soul Weapons do. It would help alot with refining my ideas.
