Sanemi Shinazugawa was teen age boy, who lived with his happy family with good mother and responsible father. He was the oldest out of his seven siblings. His life was going very good with his family until he suddenly collapse in his school.

After the examination his family found out the he has cancer. Myeloma cancer

** Myeloma referred as multiple myeloma, is a type of cancer that forms in plasma cells, a type of white blood cell found in the bone marrow.

People can't service multiple myeloma, The cancer often returns and becomes resistant to treatment, It damages bones and can cause kidney failure, Patients are more susceptible to infections, Many are diagnosed after the disease has progressed, More important, there is currently no cure for multiple myeloma

There are totally three multiple myeloma.

Stage I: Early-stage disease, less severe symptoms, better prognosis.

Stage II: Intermediate disease with moderate symptoms.

Stage III: Advanced disease, severe symptoms, and worse prognosis. **

Sanemi Shinazugawa was once a vibrant teenager, the eldest of seven siblings, living a life filled with joy and laughter. His mother was the heart of the family, always nurturing, while his father worked diligently to provide for their needs. With a passion for running and sports, Sanemi was an active participant in school events, often leading his team to victory. But all that changed in an instant when he collapsed one fateful day at school.

The diagnosis was devastating: multiple myeloma. The news hit his family like a thunderclap, shattering their idyllic life. Sanemi, who once ran with the wind, now found himself trapped in a body that was failing him. Chemotherapy became a routine, but it was an uphill battle against an insidious disease. His once-strong physique dwindled, his kidneys began to falter, and even the simplest tasks became monumental challenges.

Food lost its flavor, and water became a painful necessity. The vibrant boy who loved to race and play was now reduced to a shadow of his former self. His mother, always the pillar of strength, visited him daily, bringing fresh fruits and vegetables, her eyes bright with hope, even when her heart was breaking.

On one such visit, Sanemi noticed the weariness in his mother's eyes. They locked gazes, and in that moment, he felt the weight of her love and sorrow. The tears he fought to hold back mirrored the silent anguish in her expression. She, too, was struggling—not just with her own heartache, but with the burden of medical bills and the emotional toll of watching her son suffer.

As the years rolled on, Sanemi reached stage III of his illness. The treatments that once felt hopeful were now met with a growing sense of futility. He had become acutely aware of how his family was suffering, their lives overshadowed by his condition. Yet, every time his mother walked through the door, she brought with her a radiant smile, a façade of strength that inspired him to keep fighting, even when his own will began to wane.

Sanemi's mother always wore a brave face, but he could sense the weight of her hidden pain. He didn't want to see her sad, so he forced himself to smile sometimes, even when his heart ached. He had spent countless days wishing for his own death, wanting to spare his family from the suffering he felt he was causing. Watching them try to convince him they were happy while hiding their tears broke him time and time again.

Looking into his mother's eyes, Sanemi thought, "Oh, God, why are you doing this? This is so painful. The pain in my body pales in comparison to the agony of watching my family suffer. If you wanted me dead, you should have pushed me in front of a truck or any other large vehicle."

"Here, try to eat," his mother offered, holding out some fruits.

Sanemi felt his sadness deepen. "Mom, listen... why are you doing this? It's so painful. I can't eat that; it hurts. Why don't you just give me poison instead?"

Before he could finish his thought, his mother interjected, "What did you say? How could you say such a thing?" Her voice trembled, and she broke down, tears streaming down her face.

Seeing his mother in such despair shattered Sanemi's heart. "What do you mean? What I'm saying is true! What is the meaning of all this?" He was cut off by his younger brother, Genya, who had just entered the room.

"Shut up! What the hell are you saying, big brother? We all want you to spend as much time with us as possible!" Genya exclaimed, his voice rising in urgency.

"You guys are selfish! You're not thinking about my pain and suffering!" Sanemi yelled, anger boiling inside him. "Do you have any idea how painful and pathetic it is to watch—" Tears rolled down his cheeks, and he quickly wiped them away, fighting against his emotions.

"Big brother..." Genya moved closer to their mother, trying to comfort her.

"Just give me poison and let me die!" Sanemi shouted, frustration spilling over.

"Stop saying that, big brother!" Genya yelled back, his voice shaking.

"Give me that! You all know there's no cure! So what's the point of this charade?" Sanemi's anger intensified as he stared at them, breathing heavily.

Genya approached him cautiously. "Calm down, big brother. Breathe slowly."

"Get out," Sanemi demanded.

"What...?" Genya hesitated, confusion etched on his face.

"I said get out now! I don't want to see anyone!" Sanemi yelled, his voice cracking as he broke down, the weight of his despair crushing him.

"Sanemi..." his mother pleaded, moving closer to give him a hug. "Calm down, sweetheart," she said, patting his back gently.

"Get out, Mom! Please, just get out! I can't bear to see you all like this anymore. I'm begging you—please, just go!" Sanemi sobbed into his mother's embrace, the floodgates of his emotions finally bursting open. The pain, the hopelessness, and the guilt crashed over him like waves.

Soon after, overwhelmed by exhaustion and sorrow, Sanemi fell into a restless sleep, his mother still holding him close.
