Wachowski Residence, Day
3rd POV
Dawn had woken up, but her head was still spinning a little. She was leaning her head on her hand, a tired look on her face. Meanwhile, Tom pokes at Sonic's head, who is in Ozzy's cage, with a spatula.
Dawn: Dad, stop doing that.
Tom looks at Dawn then sighs and puts down the spatula, sitting next to Dawn and putting a hand on her shoulder.
Tom: You ok?
Dawn: I... "She sighs" I don't know. You said my eyes were glowing before I fainted?
Tom: Yeah.
Dawn: Weird.
Tom looked at the quill that was on the table then back at Sonic and had a realization.
Tom: The blue devil...!
Dawn: It takes you that long to figure it out!?
Tom rolls his eyes and ponders what to do. Dawn and Tom turn around and they look at each other and shrug. Tom grabs his phone and they both turn around only to gasp in shock that the hedgehog is alive and had freed himself from the cage.
Sonic: Donut Lord...? Sunshine?
Dawn: Oh my gosh, I may faint again.
Tom: You can talk! You're not...you're not here to abduct us, are you?
Sonic: You abducted me!
Dawn: He's got a point.
Tom: Yeah that's fair. What are you? Why were you hiding out in my garage?
Sonic: I needed somewhere safe, and y-your the only person I could think of, Donut Lord!
Tom: "Weirded out" Why do you keep calling me Donut Lord!?
Sonic: Cause you talk to donuts...and then eat them if they get out of line.
Dawn: Once again, he has a point, Dad.
Tom: "He rolls his eyes" Ok fine! It's fair.
Dawn: Wait, but then why do you call me, Sunshine?
Sonic: You like flowers plus the sunflower is your favorite flower.
Dawn: Makes sense.
Sonic: Wawawait...where are all the mushrooms? Why am I still on Earth? What did- Oh, no! I lost my Rings! And the necklace!
Tom: What?!
Dawn: Necklace?
Before they could get any answers, they heard Robotnik's truck approaching.
Tom: What's happening? Is this your mother ship? "He heads to take a look through the window" I'm not in the mood to get probed.
Sonic: You think you're worried? I'm not even wearing pants!
Dawn: I think we can see that!
Tom: "spotting the doctor's truck" What the...?
Sonic: AAAAAH!
The hedgehog yelps and throws the curtains aside, now in full panic mode.
